SCHEDULE `A' PART - XI Fittings & fixtures is not prepriced by MES and prepriced rates indicates 0.0 under column 5 signified this fact only. Bidder shall insert their rates in Green filed under Col-6.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M&L for chain link fencing by using Angle iron frame including following:-

(a) Excavation and earth work in post pole (b) PCC (1:4:8) type D2 in foundation of post (c) Mild steel angle 50x50x6mm in post of height 3.5 metre and .5 mtr in ground in concete and swan neck above 2.5 mtr height including drilling holes bending, cutting. (d) Mild steel rounded bars 10mm dia 3 Nos fixed horizontally (e) GI wire fencing 2.24mm dia bended and 75mm above 2.5m heights of ground level 4 lines. (f) Mild steel flat iron 40x6mm for security chain links of length 2.5m (g) 3 chain link fencing of height 2.5m fixed completely (h) Two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface etc. (Rates quoted by contractor deemed to be including excavation, PCC, Angle/falt iron/chainlink fencing and barbed wire complete.

Supply & lay rubber mat 1m x 2m x 19mm

The fitting shall be tested in NABL accredited LAB and LM 80 test certificate shall be submitted by the original manufacturer. S&F 40mm light grade GI pipe Bracket for street light (not less than 1.5 mtr long) and two nos of mild steel clamp & made out of 32 x 3 mm flat iron complete with bolts and nuts and suitable size washers all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (Thermoplastic) street light junction box, heavy duty with locking arrangement, 3 phase aluminium bus bar alongwith necessary MS clamp, nuts bolts and washers for fixing and one No MCB single pole 240 Volts 6 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve chamber / pit of size 1.2m x 1.2m x 0.9m (internal dimension) with one brick thick wall in cement mortar (1:4) on 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) internally and externally up to 15 cm below ground level including, provision of valve pit cover made out of 3mm thick MS sheet welded with 40 x 5 mm thick flat iron all round, on ISA 40x40x6mm frame, with hold fast 150mm long, embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (Block size 230 x 200 x100mm) with necessary hinges, handles, locking arrangement, including applying two coats of white wash on plastered surfaces and two coats of bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches DI S/S pipe class K9 of size 150mm dia including push on rubber gasket joint complete. Note : The pipes shall be internally cement mortar lined and externally coated with zinc with finishing layer of bituminous paint.

Supply, fixing, testing, commissioning of centrifugal pumping sets, electric driven of discharge 14.3 LPS, Head 40 mtr, capacity 12.5 HP, having suction/delivery as 80/65m, 3 phase, 415V inclusive of Automatic Star delta starter and PCC foundation and MS Plate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : Pump set will be accomodated at existing pump house).

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT panel Board indoor type fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet double door, CPRI approved complete with powder coating with seven tank process mounted on MS angle Iron frame, duly grouted with PCC reqd with the following :-

DEFECT RECTIFICATION

M&L for repair/ rectification to honey combing found in the existing concrete works with CM 1:4 all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC block masonry type 1:5:8 using 20mm graded aggregate set in CM 1:6 and taking down of PCC block masonry wherever not executed properly complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down of pressed steel chowkhats with hold fast fixed in wall of size exceeding 1.5 Sqm & not exceeding 4 Sqm & refixing the same with CM 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for joint filling in the PCC block masonry (whenever not filling properly) with CM 1:4 all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rectification of cracks developed in the existing plaster works with CM 1:4 all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rectification/ filling of back side/ top of existing skirting/ dado with 10mm thick with CM 1:3 wherever not fixed properly all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for M-25 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for RCC facia of the existing bldg all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for formwork (Rough finished) to soffits of suspended slabs such as landing, fins, facia etc not exceeded 200mm thick all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rough finished formwork to edges of concrete flats, sides of RCC facia etc not exceeded 200mm thick all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT bars, 10mm dia and over out to length bend to shape including binding with binding wire not less than 0.9mm dia in RCC facia wherever left in the buildings all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

NOTE: Amount of credit of Rs. 53,67,921.04 for retrieved materials is mentioned in schedule of credit on Srl Page No.57 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
