Sheet Pile: Supply and installation of cold rolled Sheet pile Z type of suitable sections (ISCFPS 2050Z as per IS 2314 (Part-2) 2023 delivered to site of work, including cost of materials, conveyance, all other incidental charges etc., and applying two coats of red oxide / anti rust primer on sheet pile before driving to soil and complete considering proposed to drive upto (-) 6.00 metre level and top level + 4.00 metre and driven by Vibro hammer as specified in IS -2314 (Part-2) 2023, The length of pile is 10m and weight of sheet pile is 85.30 Kg/m. Width of sheet pile is 685mm. 1 Nos of sheet pile in 1 m length of shore protection= (1/0.685), complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas n exc 1.5m deep & getting out in soft/loose Soils/sand for preparing profile of river bank for placing protection works and depositing where directed at low lying land inside MoD area, complete all as specified and directed

Gabion Box: Supply and placing ISO certified polypropylene rope Gabions box (9mm, 4 Strand PP tarred rope) of size 2.00m x 1.00m x 1.00m with mesh size 150mm x150mm filled with Geo Bags of sand, placing along the proposed cut section etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: Geo bags shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Gabion Box: Supply and placing ISO certified polypropylene rope Gabion box (9mm, 4 Strand PP tarred rope) of size 2.00m x 1.00m x 1.00m with mesh size 150mm x150mm filled with demolished concrete obtained from demolition / boulder supplied by the contractor, placing along the outside of sheet pile as shown in drawing section etc., complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Filling materials : Solid concrete pieces of size not less than 15cm but upto 30 cm obtained from Sl item No.16.00 and the balance required quantity shall be boulder from Sl item No.5.00. (ii) The boulders/demolished concrete shall be hand packed in the Gabion box as compact as possible.

Supply only boulders of size more than 15cm but up to 30cm for filling in Gabion boxes, Complete all as specified and as directed. Note: For the purpose of measurement, the quantity of boulders will be arrived at based on the volume of the filled gabion box without any adjustment for voids.

Supply of river sand grade-II as per IS 383 Clause 4.3 for filling Geo bags including filling the same in Geo bags, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The River Sand shall be filled in Geo bags for use in Gabion box as directed by GE/Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation (for preparation of ramp/accessible area for sheet pile and gabion box and removal the same for every 100 RM area), complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The sand volume shall be measured by using prismoidal formula with respect to original land profile and filling required upto bottom of Geobag profile.

Geo Bag: Supply and installation of 240 GSM Woven Polypropylene Multifilament Geotextile as pillow shaped Geo bags of size 1.0m x 0.70m x 0.15m,(or other make/size of equivalent specifications) for Gabion boxes as per approved drawings. Geo bags shall be filled with minimum 0.07 - 0.10 Cum of sand in each bag and sealed with polypropolene rope stitching as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The Cost of Sand and filling in Geo bags shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Geo Filter layer: Supply and installation of 250 GSM Non Woven Fabric as filter Geo material (made of Polypropylene) for use behind, beneath the Gabion boxes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Geo Cell: Supply and installation of Geo cell 356x200mm (cell depth 200mm with weld spacing 356mm including filling with 20mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Aggregate shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply only 20mm graded coarse aggregate for filling in Geo Cells, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Aggregate shall be stacked & measured

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, including removing upto 50m from the starting point etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old structural steel work (Fencing post any type and other framed work) including doors, gates, but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old chain link wire mesh fencing including flat iron, MS round supporting bars, bracing bar etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old barbed wire of any description from RCC/MS fencing post, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and Dismantling of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the unserviceable demolished material (other than what is being utilized under item No 4.00 for filling in Gabion Box) at a distance n exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level n exc.1.5m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post hole (or similar hole) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing of old serviceable chain link fencing (Chain link fencing obtained from dismantling) including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing steel fencing Posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed and drilling of necessary holes, notching of wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc., ) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar works, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabrication and fixing of mild steel angle iron work (as required at site) providing with necessary slots to receive galvanised two stranded steel barbed wire fixed independently in Posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed and drilling of necessary holes, notching of wire etc., Confirming to Gde 410, embedding in concrete or screwing etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolt (machine made) of neck dia 11 to 15mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed other fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5cm but n.exc 10 cm long, all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling of fencing post/pillars etc., and similar works, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire fencing conforming to IS : 278, with 2.24 mm dia. barb wire conforming to IS : 280 with zinc coating as per IS : 4826, barbed with 2 mm dia. barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails / fencing posts straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and fixing of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc., complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Each line of wire will be measured)

S&F concertina coil 610 mm dia punched barbed wire tape aluminium base helix coil including necessary GI fixing clip with additional primer treatment epoxy/ polyurethane & final paint top coat of Calcified green shade by Hot dipping process, including taking down old one, complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Weight of each coil : 8.00 to 8.50 Kg (ii) Coverage per Coil : 6.00 to 6.25 RM. (Note : Running length of the wall shall be measured for payment purpose).

S&F for chain link fencing 100 mm x 100 mm mesh or cages with 4 mm dia mild steel galvanised lapped straining and binding with MS FI & Bolt or welding all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new untreated Steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.
