Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Centering and shuttering including sqm strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - foundations, footings, bases of columns etc for mass concrete

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete - Thermo - Mechanically treated bars(ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) including placing the M30 grade Athees make cover block @ 60cm centre to centre

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for providing and placing in position 2 nos 6mm dia M.S.bars at every third course of half brick masonry

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC door frame made of UPVC extruded, section having an overall dimension , as below (tolerance +/- 1mm) with wall thickness 2.0mm +/- 02mm. Corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joint mitred and plastic wilded . The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S.tube of size 19x19mm and 1 mm +/-0.1mm wallthickness and 3 nos.stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as manufacturers specification – Extruded section Profile size 42x50mm.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames - 24mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a UPVC hollow section of size 59x24mm and wall thickness 2mm +or- 0.2mm with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and jointed at the corners by means of M.S.galvanised / plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S.tube of size 20x20mm and 1mm +or-0.1mm wall thickness .The lock railmade up of 'H' section , a UPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2mm + or -0.2mm wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic / galvanised M.S.'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a UPVC multi - chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20mm and 1mm + or -0.1mm wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6mm galvanised M.S.rod and fastened with nuts and washers,complete as per manufacturer's specification .(For W.C. and bathroom door shutter)

12mm cement plaster of mix :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

White washing with lime to give on even shade - New work (three or more coats).

Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification -Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm

Providing and fixing white vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) -long pattern W.C. pan of size 580mm

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate)finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc .complete - 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and fixing on wall / column face unplasticed - PVC soil and waste pipes (type - B) conforming to IS : 13592- 1992 including jointing with seal ring conformation to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - single socked pipes -110mm diametre

Making soak pit 2.5 m diameter 3 m deep with 45 x 45 cm dry brick honeycomb shaft with bricks of class designation 75 and 110mm dia UPVC pipe (type B) 1.8 m long complete as per standard design with F.P.S.bricks
