Supply and erection of 22 KV DP structure as per following specifications:- 30 feet RCC Pole 2 nos., 100 x 50mm channels, angles, Transformer bed channels, clamps bolts nuts and 22KV AB switch operating handle 1set, 22KV Pin insulator, HG fuses, 22KV LIghting arrestor, 0/2 SWG copper jumpering and alchanthin pipes, other supporting insulators and iron material and necessary civil works etc.

Supply of 30' RCC Pole.

Supply of H.T. stay set complete with rod, bow, 9" x 9" x 6mm thimble and guy shakle insulator.

Supply of L.T. Stay set complete with rod, bow, 9" x 9" x 6mm thimble and guy shakle insulator.

Supply of H.T tapping channel.

Supply of 11KV/22KV Disc insulator for 22KV over head line with 2 sets of 11KV disc insulator.

Supply of disc imetal parts of integral socketed type tension clamp complete with keeper piece, U bolt & nuts, spring washers with security clip.

Supply of G.I. wire (8SWG).

Erection of 30' RCC pole in cement concrete foundation 0.45 x 0.45x1.5 mts. and coping 0.45x0.45x1.5mts with ratio 1:3:6 using 20mm HBG metal including cost of concreting materials such as cement, jelly, sand etc., Excavation of pit and refilling. Supply of LT shacke insulator with metal paris.

Supply of V cross arm.

Sup0ply of H.T. guarding channel 75x45x10mm for 11/22 KV over head line.

Supply of F Clamp

Supply of MS bolt and nuts.

Supply of rail pole clamp, stay clamp RCC clamp, etc.

Erection of RCC stud pole including cost of concreting materials such as cement, jelly and sand etc., concrete ratio 1:3:6 using 20mm HBG metal including excavation if pit and refilling.

Fixing of F clamp in the poles for 11/22KV Over head line.

Fixing of H.T. tapping channel 100x50x50x10mm for 11/22KV Over head line including driling of holes for insulator and clamp.

Fixing of V cross arm in RCC/Rail/tubular pole for 11/22KV Over head line.

Fixing of H.T.guarding channel 75x45x10mm for 11/22 KV over head line.

Earthing line materials of the HT pole to the ground in the pole concrete including 8 SWG G.I. wires.

Erection of H.T. stay set complete in cement concrete ratio 1:3:6 (one cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling as required.

Erection of L.T.stay set (without concrete)

Supply of three phase LT 4 feet cross arm.

Supply of 22KV pin insulator

Supply of 22KV GI pins.

Supply of LT shackle insulator with metal parts.

Supply of CI knobs.

Supply of ACSR conductor of 7/2.59 sqmm diameter.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/2.59 sqmm dia. Including winding extra as required.

Earthing with G.I. medium pipe 3.0 mt long and 40mm dia including accessories 250x50x6mm G.I. clamp with 12mm bolt, nut and washer for connecting earth wire, RCC ring enclosure and cover plate complete as required:-

Dismantling of existing 30" RCC Pole with angles, cross arm insulators etc.,

Supply of 3 1/2x 185Sqmm armoured aluminium U.G. cable - 1.1. KV grade. Mak: Finolex/Polycab.

Supply of 3 1/2x 300Sqmm armoured aluminium U.G. cable - 1.1. KV grade. Make: Finolex/Polycab.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of exceeding120 sq.m. but not exceeding 400 sq.m. direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required in Mud Road.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of size exceeding 25 sq.mm but not exceeding 400 sq.mm in the existing masonary open duct as required:-

Supplying and making end termination with coppy gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required: 3 1/2x185 sqmm.

Supplying and making end termination with coppy gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required: 3 1/2x300sqmm.

Supply and rection of 6Way 600Amps LT Feeder Pillar suitable for three phase 440V AC system. The pillar is made of finest quality steel sheet of 14SWG which is vermin proof and adequately ventilated. The bottom pedestal of the pillar provided with 50x50x6mm MS angle providing solid strength to the pillar box. Heavy duty hinges with steel insert for the smooth operation of door. Aluminimum double busbar of 50x10mm size to carry designed current inserted with heat shrinkable sleeves for safe operation. Two numbers of earthing terminal provided to facilitating better earthing of pillar box. Detachable type bottom glad plate with suitable gland of cable size. Porcelain base fuse holders with silver plated, copper contacts of suitable rating. Embossed name plate, lot no. and date of manufacturing.

Construction of Plinth for eretion of pillar Box. The cost should be inclusive of minor modification suitable for site condition as approved by the engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of 200KVA, 22000/433 volts outdoor Engergy Efficient transformer Level.II having specifications as under rating 200KVA voltage ratio, 22000/433 volts, Off load tap switch having 5 positions with voltage correction in steps of 2.5% suitable for mouting on the DP structure type of cooling ONAN, Winding : copper, standards and accessories as per relevant ISI standard with all accessories.
