Supply and lay in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc and commissioning XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade armoured under ground cable with aluminium conductor of 4 Core 10 Sqmm incl taking out of existing cable all as directed. Note :- Earth work excavation, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and lay GI tubing ISI marked 80 mm bore light grade for cable protection at road crossing / on poles and tubing sealed at both ends after laying the cables complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil laying of cables etc.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above from the starting point

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV , Type 1 flat with size 250mm x150 mm x 40mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for brick protection cover of old size bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class ’B’ laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10 mm complete all as specified.

M&L filling earth cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down (i.e 18 cm) shall be measured for payment.

M & L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet upto 45cms, restoration will be done entirely with nominal mix concrete of mix ratio 1:1.5:3 to achieve M20 grade concrete after cable laying in pipe all as directed and specified

S&F galvanised steel strip 32X6 mm with saddles and fixing screws on poreceling insulator/ spacer fixed at every 1 mtr length as lightening conductor on roof/wall of explosive building and joining the same with existing earth test point all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristalline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. The earthing pit cover should be PCC 50mm thickness with having provision of top cover opening of suitable size complete all as specified and directed

M&L for road crossing/drain crossing by adopting trench less tunneling work through specified pipe jacking method by erecting the equipment to true to the alignment and gradient by hydraulic pipe jacking technique complete including tunneling, excavation in any type of soils including hard rock, GI pipe of size 50/ 80 mm dia of maximum length 12 meter including jointing materials to carry LT UG cables of size upto300 Sqmm and necessary conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned authorities complete all as specified and as directed including refilling and making good of disturbed surface . Note : Quoted rate Excluding of GI Pipe 50 / 80 mm dia as required on ground

Dis connection existing LT UG cable of any size from pole/OH line and connect the same to federpiller box by using lugs etc as required complete all as directed

Dismantling Cross-Arms of Mild Steel Channel or Angle Sections, etc, including Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc. and Serviceable Materials keep in Safe Custody for Re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Insulators from Poles of any description and any size including Serviceable Materials Keep in Safe Custody for Re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling ACSR or AAC Conductors from the disturbed Span including Line Spacer, etc. Serviceable Materials Keep in Safe Custody for Re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot press moulded SMC junction / terminal box of size with internal dimensions of 200 x 140 x 95 mm with hinged door, incl provision of 2 way connector 415 Volts made out of polycarbonate or bakelite and 1 No MCB of 6 Amps with DIN bar, drilling holes for cable connections, connecting incoming and or out going cables by providing suitable of size of cable lugs/glands, fixed on pole by means of clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 25 mm x 3 mm including dismantling of old unserviceable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay PVC Insulated , PVC sheathed industrial HV round multicore flexible cable with aluminium conductor THREE core 2.5 sqmm and necessary bends, GI Clamps , fittings and fixtures as required for connection of light fittings . ( to be used for Street light connection from JB to Street light).

S&F PVC insulated unsheathed/sheathed cable with stranded Aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade, flat twin core service cable of size 10 Sqmm conforming to IS:694/1990 with latest amendments ISI including disconnecting/taking out existing unsv/damaged old service cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chess cutting in existing wall of any kind by using appropriate mechanical means and fix 25 mm dia medium grade PVC Conduit including necessary bend suitable for submain wiring including making good of disturbed surface and necessary painting to match with the adjoining surface complete all as specified and directed

S&F MCCB box made of CRCA sheet of 2mm thick size 40X30X20 CM Powder coated Suitable for fixing at Pole/wall including two set of clamps / wall by using anchor bolt comprising MCCB 63 Amps 16 KA FP WITH BOTH SIDE SPREADER LINK complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting the existing LT steel poles of 9.0 Mtr long including cross arms, clamps, street light junction boxes etc with 1 coats of aluminium paint including thoroughly cleaning the existing surface, writing of pole numbers in yellow circle 15 cm with black paint on poles. Painting the poles up to 1.5 Mtr height with alternate bands 30 cm height (3 Nos black and 2 Nos Yellow) from ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting the existing LT PCC poles with 1 coats of synthetic enamel base paint including painting of cross arms, clamps, etc with one coat of aluminium paint and providing alternative band of 30 cm width (3 black and 2 yellow) from bottom of pole to 1.5 meters height , writing of pole numbers in yellow circle15 cm with black paint on poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Making hole 2 Nos (one hole near JB another hole near bottom portion of bracket) on existing steel tubular pole (SP -31) of suitable size for passing of Street light connection HV Round cable 3 core 1.5 / 2.5 Sqmm from Junction Box to street light complete all as directed

Demolotion of coping of pole as required for placing of cable protection pipe and making good the same by using PCC complete al as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rates inclusive of PCC
