Supply , delivery, installation & commisioning of double door outdoor type MS fidder Pillar box compartmentalized dust proof, damp & vermin proof, free standing floor mounted type base pedestal for holding the upper compartment of the Pillar box. The overal suitable speciaous dimension of the pillar box as per EIC & shall be made of 3 mm CRCA sheet for body & 4 mm CRCA sheet for top cover, after seven tank process and painting with Epoxy powder coating in approved shade, with proper danger notice plate , interconnections with suitable capacity cupper leads/ strips. With locking agreement Neoprene rubber gasket of suitable thickness shall be provided between all joints and beneath all the covers. Adequate supporting and stiffening components like MS Angles etc should be used with foundation net complete. The above door [free opening including both side (front & back)] fitted with side of the pillar box by two sets hinge system arrangements with providing capsule hinge welded with the Pillar Box rigidly incl. providing door handle .Supply & fixing following accessories as per direction of EIC. INCOMING - 1 nos. 250 amps 36 KA FP MCCB with spreader link Make- L&T (DN2-250D) or equivalent BUSBAR : 300 amp AL (suitable bar dimension 30 mm wide & 10 mm thickness) Bus bar (4 bar ) chambers system of required dimension mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator having sufficient di-electric strength duly wrapped with colour PVC tapes(Red, yellow, blue &black) for phase & neutral identification and keeping space Out Going - 02 nos- 160 Amp 25 KA FP MCCB with spreader link with complete set Make- L&T (DN1-250C) or equivalent . 10 nos- 32 Amp 10 KA "C" Curve DP MCB connected through a 24 Hrs analog timer circuit with 4P required contactor and toggle switch for auto-manual mechanism.

Laying of one no cables above 35sq mm and upto 185 sq mm in an underground trench 460mm X 760 mm average depth with brick protection on the top of the each cable 8 (eight) nos bricks per Mtr including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil,leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Laying of 10 sq mm 2 core XLPE Al. armoured cable in under ground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Laying of 10 sq mm 2 core XLPE Al armoured cable on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland,brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below:

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire 2 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (a) For Soft Soil

Earthing with 50 mm dia G.I. pipe as per P.W.D. schedule by ISI medium GI pipe.

Connecting the equipment to earth busbar by 4 SWG G.I wire as per P.W.D. schedule .

S & F of single 20/18 watt LED 4 ft fluo fittings (Philips,Cat no TMC 501 1xLED 18/20W EBE )suspended 25 cm below the ceiling with 2nos 20 mm dia EI conduit supports fixed with " L " type MS clamp with the suitable size of fastner & nuts & bolt as per GS, with S & F suitable length of 3x1.5 sq mm copper wire with painting.

S & F 45 watt LED white IP 65/66 outdoor fittings [model BRP031 LED45 CW SLR GR PSU Make:PHILIPS or equivalent similar model on wall with 40mm die G.I pipe as per EIC.

Supplying & installation of analog timer watch with 1 no 2 pole MNX - 22 contractor 1 no 32 A 240 V D.P. MCB ( C series ) 1 no LED indicator and 1 no by pass Toggle switch incl. all accessories embedded in MS CRC sheet metal box with necy interconnection as per E.I.C. ( L & T )
