Taking down old unserviceable security light fittings from any height and Supply & fixing LED security light fittings comprising of epoxy powder coated housing, enclosed with glass cover in frame,(with total lumen output not less than 4500 lumens and suitable wattage for efficiency not less than 100 lumens/Watt) min wattage 45 watt, with ingress protection IP 65/66 and SPD of capacity 5 KV etc incl necessary clamps etc complete and testing on completion all as specified and as directed. Note: The GI pipe bracket if required will be measured and paid separately under relevant schedule items.

Taking down deterioted louvers and supply and fix new louvers, fixed type made out of 1.6 mm GI sheet with horizontal ventilation, bending into shape of size 45cmx45cm(outer) with 20x3mm flat iron base of size 45cmx45cm complete by providing of fixing arrangement for louvers upto 5th floor of including rate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable and Supply, install, testing and commissioning of meter cabin panel mounted on angle iron frame 40x40x5 mm grouted on floor,cubical indoor type for 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet weather, vermin proof factory fabricated, CPRI approved, front open hinged door with locking arrangement powder coated, individual compartment for MCCBs and 200 Amps rated copper bus bar(All in equal size), top and bottom cable entry with proper size glands including disconnecting cable connections and electronic meters from old meter cabin panel and fixing & connecting in new installed panel with provisions of thimble/lugs and making provisions of vision glasses for meter readings, one spare MCCB compartment, and including PCC on 1:2:4 type B-1 for fixing meter cabin at old meter cabin place complete all as specified and as directed comprising of the following- Incoming (a) MCCB 4 pole, 160 Amps, 16 kA, 415 volt, thermal magnatic realease type, Ics=100% Icu -01 Nos. Outgoing (b) MCB SPN 32 Amps 10 KA - 29 Nos Make-Legrand/Siemens/Schneider. Other Accessories:- (c) Fixing only Smart Single Phase Meter recovered from old existing meter panel - 29 Nos. (d) Digital panel meter with LCD multifunction meter with CT/PT and all parameters as V,A,F,PF,KW,kVAR,kWH etc- 1 No. (e) Phase indicator lamp R,Y & B - (01 Set oet three).
