BORED PILE 450 mm Dia Providing and installing Bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement Concrete pile of specified diametre and length below the pile cap in RMC M25 concrete to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including Bentonite solution machinery charges labour chargres etc., all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured from bottom pile to the bottom of pile cap).

Earthwork excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) to full depth as per designed in all soils and sub soils except soft disintegrated rock not requiring blasting and hard rock requiring blasting and bailing water wherever necessary. Refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth other than sand in layers of well rammed and compacted and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m and clearing and leveling the site etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling with M.Sand well watered rammed, and consolidated complying with relevant standard specifications etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and Laying PCC 1:4:8 (1 of Cement, 4 of M-Sand and 8 of graded metal) using 40mm metal including cost and conveyance of all materials mixing, laying, compacting, curing etc., complete and as directed by the dept. officers.

Providing formwork for centering shuttering etc. for all RCC works including strutting for height upto 3.29m using mild steel sheets of size 9 90 X 60 cm 10 gauge stiffened with MS angle of 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over adjustable span & jacks and supported by 50mm dia pipes for general pipes scaffolding systems @ a spacing of 1.20m c/c and vertical connected at a height of 2.0m c/c including 'C' & 'U' clamps and base receiver cup at bottom for connecting pipes etc and removable systems etc., Rate to include all materials, labour charges, wastages , placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, fixing in position at all levels, heights, masking tape in sheet joints, consumables, etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Client / Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kglms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS Rods for grills for all RCC works including bending, tying grills and placeing in position including cost of steel, binding wire etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying and fabrication of MS Structural Steel supports for various applications using the L angles, vertical post and horizontal pipe etc., required for the work, cut to the size, bend to shape, welding, grouting etc., completed. Supports shall be power coated with required colour for different system as mentioned above.

Supply and constructing cement concrete solid block masonry work at all levels in cement mortar 1:5 (1 of Cement : 5 of manufactured sand ) using Portland Pozzolana Cement standard size of 400 x 200 x 200 mm of solid cement concrete blocks, with minimum compressive strength of 5 N/Sq.mm.conforming to IS 2185 or equivalent BS and Fly ash conforming to IS : 3812 (Part III)-1966* may be used for part replacement of fine aggregate up to a limit of 20 percent. Concrete blocks manufactured under strict quality control conditions using modern rugged block casting and stripping machine with the latest moulding techniques etc. only shall be used. The rate including cost of all materials, labour charges, wastages for working at all levels with necessary lead and lifts, transportation charges, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, curing, fuel, consumables as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Client / Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering the walls with Cement Mortar 1:5 12 mm thick using the river sand including curing and finishing neatly complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Providing & laying spreading & Compacting graded stone aggeragate of size 45mm to 22.4mm, 22.4mm to 2.36mm & 2.36mm to 75 microns to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) -100mm compacted thickness by providing, laying, paving and compacting of aggregate gradtion satisfying table 400-13 of MORTH and satisfying the physical parameters as per MORTH table 400-12, mixing in wet mix plant 200 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site and laid in pavers to the required line and grade as per the drawing and compacted with vibrator rollers 8-10 tonnee to achieve the desired density 98% of maximum dry density. The rate including the cost & conveyence of all materials, labour charges for spreading, watering, rammed & consolidation and other tools & plants employed for the work etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying of Rubber Moulded Hydraulic Pressed Paver Block - 83mm thick with C.M 1:3 pointing over Sand filling bed compacting, sand brushing and cutting, levelling, transporting etc., complete with the natural grey colour blocks.

Supply & stacking of red earth at site to the departmental gauge for pre-measurements which is of light textured, crystalline, porous and friable and not of generally acidic or neutral but not of alkaline and should be fertile, including seignior age charges, cost of transportation, loading, unloading, stacking and inclusive of all taxes etc., complete.

Supply of well decomposed Farm yard Manure in a powdery form, devoid of soil sand, stones, plastics and other materials, highly nutrient and which supports plant growth.

Mixing charges of Red soil, sand and manure uniformly (1:1:1) for preparation of soil mixture ( excluding materials cost). The rate including labour charges for measuring and mixing charges etc., completed and as directed by Engineer in charge

Spreading of red soil, gravel or sand including watering and rolling which hand roller for every 75 mm thickness - including hire charges of roller.

Turfing of Korean grass including loading and unloading charges, transportation, stacking of saplings at site, earth work excavation of required size, planting of sapling, refilling of excavated earth etc as directed by the site in-charge.

Maintenance of shades grass / carpet grass / G2 grass by regular watering, weeding, protection, mowing etc for a period of One month
