Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation work.

Supply and fixing single leaf, hot pressed, phenol Formaldehyde resin bonded, boiling water resistant, commercial quality "Sitapur ply wood" or other ISI Marked Factory made flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 Part-1 ( 1983) including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks, handles, springs and/or other fittings approved by Engineer-in-charge but excluding their ( fittings) supply but including painting two coats of black Japan on iron fittings if necessary. (b) 32 mm thick

Mild steel or Iron work of small sizes and sections such as Holding down bolts, Holdfasts tie rods, gratings etc. (When not included in an overall rates) wrought to required shape, form including supply of steel bolts, nuts, wastage etc. and their fixing charges and welding, required for proper completion of the work including cost of steel (which shall be arranged by the contractor).

Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record racks , roof work , window / boundary grill or railing and T/F Rail etc. wrought to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials, lobour and T&P required for proper completion of work .

TMT or Tor steel in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bend, hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured separately.

P/F Concertina coil fencing with required dia. 600 mm upto 3 M height of wall between existing angle iron "˜Y" shaped placed 2.4 M or 3.0 M apart and with 6 horizontal R.B.T. stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete ( No. of rounds will be 7 to 8 in one Meter length) as per direction of Engineer in charge with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.)/ Spring core (2.5mm thick ) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/Sqmm with tape ( 0.52 mm thick ) of supreme make or equivalent and weight 43.48 gm/meter ( cost of MS angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately).

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & four part of coarse sand (1:4), minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.

Add for extra labour and materials for plaster over rough face of one brick thick wall.

2 cm. thick cement plaster in dado or skirting in 1:2 consisting of one part of cement and two parts of approved coarse sand laid in panels finished with 3mm.floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Engraving lines in the plaster of the outer face wall vertically and horizontally to display the surface as stone facing as directed by the engineer incharge including labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work (Add for extra labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work (Add for extra labour to all items of plaster).

S/mixing approved water proofing compound / hardner (CICO,DR FIXIT etc) in cement mortar in plaster or concrete work in the proportion as recommended by the manufacturer

Providing (12x15) mm section groove in plaster including all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Making drip course (25x12) mm in 1:2 cement and course sand including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

4.0 cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm graded approved stone ballast laid in panels finished with 3mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints of the panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work. without base CC.

Providing and fixing glass strips of 3.15 mm thickness & 35mm depth in joints of floor and skirting at the time of laying floors, flush with floor level including supply of all materials, labour& T&P etc. completion required for proper completion of work.

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950.

As in CSI 13.01 above but for every coat after first coat.

One priming coat and one coat oil bound acrelic distemper on new work including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

As in CSI 13.08 but for every coat after the first coat.

Applying Birla or equivalent putty on new interior or exterior surface over one coat of water based cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothening and levelling of the surface as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls with water proof exterior emulsion paint of APEX ULTIMA (ASIAN)/Weather Shield Max (ICI) or equivalent brand on already well prepared new wall surfaces over one coat of under coat primer (ICI) followed by One coat at Apex/Weather shield Max emulsion paint to give an even shade including thorough washing with water as per direction E/I including cost of all material labour & T&P required for proper completion of work.

Same as in CSI no 13.22 above but for every additional coat of Weather Shield Max/APEX Ultima or equivalent brand weather paint complete with all respect .

Extra labour for making all type of nosing by forging requred for grill and gates etc.

Providing and fixing of first quality Orissa pattern white glazed earthen ware ISI marked W.C. pan size 580mm as per approved sample (Hindware required design No. 20042 or equivalent make) with 100 mm size white glazed ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap including 10 litres capacity low level PVC flushing cistern as per approved sample with all accessories, 32 mm dia C.P.flush pipe with union including cutting and making good the walls and floors.The seat and trap shall have to be fixed over minimum 75 mm thick C.C. in proportion of 1:6:12 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Providing and fixing of Ist quality white glazed earthen ware wash hand basin ISI marked size 550mm x 400mm (Hindware or equivalent make) with R.S. or C.I. brackets, C.P. Brass pillar cock 15mm dia (weight not less than 400 gms) ISI marked, 32mm dia C.P. brass chain with rubber plug, 32mm dia C.P. Brass waste standard pattern with check nut, P.V.C. connection 15 mm dia including cutting and making good the walls and floor including cost of all required materials, labour and T& P etc. required for proper completion of work ( Fittings to be used should be of superior quality as per approved sample ).

Providing and fixing C.P. Brass soap dish with brackets fixed to wooden cleats with brass screws including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and fixing 100mm. dia C.P. grating over Nahani Trap or drain holes including cost of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing PVC Nahani Trap of heavy quality over minimum 75 mm thick cement concrete in proportion of 1:2:4 including cost of cement concrete, all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing CP Brass bib cock with wall flange 15 mm dia short body heavy quality (Hindware make CAT NO-F28000) including supply of all materials labour .TandP etc. required for the proper complittion of the work

Providing and fixing of P.V.C. pressure pipe (6 Kg/sq.cm.) for water supply mains with specials such as tee, bend, socket, elbow etc. including cutting of pipe wherever necessary and including excavation of trenches (450x600) mm for laying the pipe line and including its back filling after testing the pipe line including watering, ramming etc. complete including disposal of surplus earth from the site up to 100m as per direction of E/I including supply of all material, labour, TandP etc. required for proper completion of work. Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointings of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Boring hole 3.5 m. deep below the cut-off level in sandy or clayey soil including clearing of the bore upto cutoff level, all loose materials and disposing the excavated earth as directed including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. as may be required for proper completion of the work.(a) For 300 mm dia. Cutting the bore hole for providing under ream of 2.5 times the dia of pile up to 3.5 metre. below the cut off level including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as may be required for proper completion of the work.(a) For 300 mm dia. Piles

Supply and fabrication of M.S. Tor reinforcement cages for piles including cutting, bending, welding if required as per design and placing of the cage in the pile bore including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. as may be required for proper completion of the work including all incidental wastage.

Cutting and chipping the piles top above the cut off level including bending and straightening the pile reinforcement as directed including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. as may be required for proper completion of the work.(a) For 300 mm dia. Piles

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand, and 2 cm. Gauge approved stone ballast in 1:1.5:3 proportion for concreting in pile including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Measurements of work will be done according to design diameter and depth of the pile up to cut off level under reamed concrete shall be measured as per IS 2911 part 2.

Transportation of all T&P for boring & S.P.T. test , split spoon sampler etc. technician & labour to site of work & back to laboratory along with undisturbed & disturbed soil samples for testing in laboratory.

Making borehole in all type of soil by any method required as per site conditions in accordance with IS specification No 1982-1979 and 1498-1970 and conducting standard penetration test in accordance with IS specification No 2131-1981 at every 1.5 M approx. or as per strata during making borehole and also collecting undisturbed and disturbed soil samples at a depth of approx. 1.5 M depth or change of strata of soil as per site requirements in each borehole in accordance with IS specification 1982-1978. (Depth of water table as detemine from borehole or from nearest waterwell) Each Borehole to be bored upto 15.00 depth.

Undisturbed soil samples collected in field will be tested in laboratory and preparation of samples for tests mentioned below, will be done/governed in accordance with IS 2720 (Part 1) – 1983 i) Tri axial compression test and determination of shear parameters as per ISS – 2720 (Part ix) ISS 2720-(Part xii) ISS 2720-(Part xiii) on silty /sandy soil OR consolidation test as per ISS -2720 (part xv) on clay soil ii) Sieve analysis test as per ISS 2720 (Part iv) iii) Atterberg’s limit tests as per ISS – 2720 (Part v) iv) Particle size analysis test as per ISS 2720 (Part iv) v) Natural moisture content test as per ISS 2720 (Part vi) vi) Wet density test and dry density test as per ISS 2720 (Part vi) vii) Specific gravity test as per ISS 2720 (Part iii) section 2.

Disturbed soil samples will be prepared in accordance with ISS 2720 (Part I) 1983 and tested as follows i) Sieve analysis test as per ISS – 2720 (Part iv) ii) Atterbergs’s limit tests as per ISS – 2720 (Part v)

Contouring of Sub-station with help of leveling instrument/total station instrument & staff including plotting of trees and structure if any including preparation of contour plan in 6 copies including marking periphery including all labour, supervisor, instrument, T&P materials complete as per direction of Engineer I/C.

Conducting plate load test near CONTROL ROOM BUILDING site at a depth of 1.00 Metre as per IS 1980-1982 including supply of all material, labour and T&P equipment and recording of test result as per Codal requirement and submission of report.

Submission of five copies of test report with detailed description for field investigation, soil classification and general nature of soil strata, water table found in the bore hole, interprotation of test results, S.P.T. charts, laboratory test results, grain size distribution curves, compressive index curves, site plan showing location of the bore holes etc. calculation of bearing capacity will be governed generally as per I.S. 8009-(Part-I) -1976, I.S. 2720-(Part-II)-1980, I.S. 6403 1981, I.S. 1904-1978 and I.S. 1080-1986 and other relevant I.S. codes and general assessment and latest development foundations recommendation regarding allowable bearing capacity at different depths and width of footing and expertise suggestions if necessary in accordance with site conditions.

Conducting topographical survey with the help of total station (latest instrument ), marking of outer line, closing of traverse etc., for proposal of 132/220 KV Sub Station and providing 2 Nos. hard copy including supervisor, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
