Ordinary soil SS20A Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2 m in M-Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet Sand or silt not under, light black cotton soil Sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth SS.20.A MORTH NO.301

Supplying and Filling in foundation and basement with Filling M -Sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed,watered consolidated including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.24&25).

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four M-Sand eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement Two M-Sand Four aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for bed blocks including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc complete with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing RCC Pre cast slab in RCC 1:1 1/2:3 mix including cost of reinforcement grill of the following 75 mm thickness in position but including moulding finishing, curing, and fixing them in position etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 mix.12mm thick including cost and conveyance all materials and all labour and other incidental charges and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification.
