Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm and depth exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick compacted thickness, water bound macadam (WBM) with coarse granite stone aggregates of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50mm to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying even a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using bitumen VG-10 grade, at 10kg/10sqm of paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Premix bituminous macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat over black top surface using paving bitumen VG-10 grade at 5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete, 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10 cm in width made of PCC 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate and setting in CM 1:6. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed blocks including necessary form work etc complete as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick, in Cement mortar 1:6, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished with even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed..

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 20cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 100 mtrs but not exceeding 250mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hard core using broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 100mm thick, watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick, PCC 1:5:10, type E2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors/pavings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors/pavings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete using 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate and setting in CM 1:6 as in cover slabs etc including necessary form work etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete as specified and as directed.

M&L Cleaning and preparing the road surfaces/existing or new painting surface of cement or bituminous surfaces and applying 2.5mm thick road marking painting with Reflective thermoplastic paint confirming to BIS 3262 (1989) of specified shade/ colour laid down through fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater not exceeding 10 cm wide complete all as specified and directed. Note:- i) Road marking paint shall confirm to MORTH 803.4 Ver III (Specification for thermoplastic road marking material). ii) The colour, width and layout of road markings shall be in accordance with the code of practice for road marking with paints, IRC:35.
