Providing and executing outdoor artistic wall painting/theme mural on exterior plastered/RCC/brick wall surfaces, including cleaning of the surface, repairing minor cracks and undulations with polymer-modified putty, application of one coat exterior acrylic primer, minimum two coats of weatherproof exterior acrylic emulsion paint as base coat, and creation of approved artwork/theme mural by professional artists using premium quality UV-resistant, waterproof, anti-fungal acrylic paints. The work shall include protective anti-graffiti/clear UV-resistant coating, all materials, skilled labour, scaffolding, tools and tackles, transportation, touch-ups, curing wherever required, and complete in all respects as per the approved design and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing Artificial Vertical Wall Planter System (Green Wall) consisting of UV-stabilized, weather-resistant artificial foliage fixed over a powder-coated galvanized iron (GI) or MS frame/grid, securely anchored to RCC/brick wall using suitable fasteners. The work shall include HDPE/PP artificial leaves of approved design, colour and density, supporting mesh, fixing accessories, edge finishing, cutting, shaping, complete installation, scaffolding, labour, transportation, all materials, tools and incidentals, complete as per approved design and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fabricating, supplying and fixing Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Outdoor Decorative Mural/Relief Panel of approved theme, design, size and texture, manufactured from premium quality FRP with a minimum thickness of 6–10 mm (or as specified), incorporating weather-resistant, UV-stabilized, waterproof and anti-corrosive properties. The mural shall be finished with high-quality automotive grade PU paint/acrylic finish in approved colours and mounted on an MS/GI supporting framework securely anchored to RCC/brick masonry using stainless steel/GI fasteners, anchor bolts, brackets and epoxy grout wherever required, complete with all materials, fabrication, transportation, lifting, scaffolding, installation, finishing and incidentals as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
