Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable including spreading and consolidations, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured)

Supply and laying in trenches dry well burnt locally available sub class “B” bricks over sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for tubes 80 mm bore light grade galvanized iron with all fittings laid in trenches/wall/ pole through MS flat (25x3 mm) nut bolts & washers (where ever required) of proper sizes for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for tubes 50 mm bore light grade galvanized iron with all fittings laid in trenches/wall/ pole through MS flat (25x3 mm) nut bolts & washers (where ever required) of proper sizes for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying heavy duty armoured LT underground cable 1100 V grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed multi stranded aluminium cable of sizes 300 Sqmm 3.5 core in pipe/ trenches/ cable duct/ fixed on wall by proper size of shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc and making good the disturbed surfaces by cement mortar/painting to match the existing, connecting with all accessories lugs and glands, all as specified and diected by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fixing cable End jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size up to 300 sqmm.

Supply and fixing Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size up to 185 sqmm.

Supply and fixing Cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size up to 70 sqmm.

M & L for earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to coopper strip 20x3mm dia by means of brass nut, bolts, check nut , bolt, washer & protection GI pipe for earth strip from the earthing plate to the DB/ main switch/ panel, (40mm bore, light grade) watering pipe from plate to earthing pit (20mm bore, medium grade) funnel wire mesh. The earthing pit made up of PCC 1:3:6 type CI and pit cover made up of 40 mm thik precast RCC 1:2:4 type BI reinforced with 6 mm dia TMT rod and suitable handle of 8 mm dia TMT rod incl necessary earth work as shown in SSR Part-I plate no.5 as specified and directed. Note : i) The copper strip and protection pipe beyond 7.5 Mtr length shall be measured and paid separately. However earthwork for the same is deemed to be included in this rate . ii) The desired value of earth resistance is less than 2 Ohm on testing after completion of the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost, otherwise it will not be measured and paid to the contractor . iii) Form work of size .9mx.9mx.6m for pouring charcoal and salt is deemed to be included in this rates . v) During earth work if surface water found at site , the cost for dewatering through pumpset is deemed to be included in this rate.

Material & Labour for PCC concrete of 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for planting cable route indicator/ foundation or any other works including necessary formwork (as reqd) all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC concrete of 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for planting of poles/ foundation or any other works including necessary formwork (as reqd) all as specified and directed.

M&L shifting of DG set from old plateform to New Plateform as required at site , with disconeccting from existing site and make connection of new plateform with AMF Panel ,earthing connection ,cable connection etc and running test to be completed.Necessary T&P(Hydra/recovery,tailer ) and labour ,deemed to be including in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing , testing Commisioning of LT panel board ," indoor type " of factory fabricated CPRI approved panel manufacturer (type-tested) with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than -IP 43 and for general construction confirming to IS/IEC - 60947-2004, double door, front and back openable .The panel shall be provided with ventilation facilty in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation and copper bus bar wrapped with colored PVC tape /sleeves of rating n conformity to the incoming ACB/MCCB rating. The Panel Board shall be fabricated out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly pretreated and powder coated, suporting frame made out of 50x50x5 mm angle iron and MC 100 chanel base suitable for 3-Phase, 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade including complete internal wiring with not less than 1.5 sqmm copper wire including cable glands of suitable sizes including necessary arrangements for pedestal mounting viz. PCC platform etc.complete all as specified and directed with and including the following accessories:-

INCOMING 2/ DG INCOMER 1:- MCCB 4P (lcs = 100% Icu) with thermal magnetic release, adjustable short circuit and adjustable overload setting having breaking capacity 36 KA of rating 250 A = 1 No's for 160 KVA DG with ROM & other accessories 4 pole AC1 Duty Contractor 250 amps with 2NC+2NC auxiliary contacts. =1 no's 160 KVA DG INCOMING 3/ DG INCOMER 2:- MCCB 4P (lcs = 100% lcu) with thermal magnetic release, adjustable short circuit and adjustable overload setting having braeking capacity 36 KA of rating 250 A = 1 No's for 125 KVA DG with ROM and other accessories. 4 pole AC1 Duty Contractor 250 amps with 2NC+2NC auxiliary contacts = 1 no's 125 KVA DG INCOMING 4/ DG INCOMER 3:- MCCB 4P(lcs = 100% lcu) with thermal magnetic release, adjustable short circuit and adjustable overload setting having breaking capacity 36 KA of rating 160 A = 1 No's for 100 KVA DG with ROM & other accessories. 4 pole AC1 Duty Contractor 160 amps with 2NC+2NC auxiliary contacts = 1 no's 63 KVA DG INCOMING 5/ DG INCOMER 4:- MCCB 4P (lcs = 100 % lcu) with thermal magnetic release, adjustable short circuit and adjustable overload setting having breaking capacity 36 KA of rating 160 A = 1 No's for 62.5 KVA DG with ROM & other accessories. 4 pole AC1 Duty Contractor 160 amps with 2NC+2NC auxiliary contacts = 1 no's 62.5 KVA DG

Outgoing :- (i) MCCB 4P (lcs = 100% lcu) with thermal magnetic release, adjustable short circuit and adjustable overload setting having breaking capacity 25 KA of rating 100 Amps 4 Pole = 5 No's with ROM & other accessories (as spare with MCCB/ spreader/ ROM and other accessories) (ii) MCCB 4P (lcs = 100% lcu) with thermal magnetic release, adjustable short circuit and adjustable overload setting having breaking capacity 25 KA of rating 200Amps 4 Pole = 5 No's with ROM & other accessories (as spare with MCCB/ spreader/ ROM and other accessories) (iii) MCCB 4P (lcs = 100% lcu) with thermal magnetic release, adjustable short circuit and adjustable overload setting having breaking capacity 25 KA of rating 250 Amps 4 Pole = 2 No's with ROM & other accessories (as spare with MCCB/ spreader/ ROM and other accessories)

NOTE:- 1. Design/Drawing/BOM of the panel board showing the dimensions are to be approved from GE before placing final order to the manufacturer of panel Suraksha Enterprise. 2. Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for effecient working of the system is deemed to be included in quoted rates. 3. The rate quoted shall inclusive of transportation of panel from factory to site. 4. The rate quoted shall inclusive of necessary testing & commissioning. 5. The panel should have, defect warranty for one year with effect from date of completion & the OEM with rectify the fault with free of cost for material and labour. 6. Any defect arised during warranty period shall be rectified within 04 hours after intimation of defect. 7. Testing, commissioning, supervision if any required by OEM and defect/ fault rectification during liability period shall be inclusive in the quoted rate. 8.Neccessary foundation as required by OEM shall be provided and rate quoated shall inclusive of cost for foundation also. 9. The panel shall be size to accomodate all the equipments as above & with sufficient free space for servicing purpose
