Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling rose, pendants, regulators, sockets, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, light fittings etc., removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down ceiling fans from ceiling, dismantaling blades and refixing of the same including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down exhaust fans, from walls and refixing the same including connecting up and provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down geyser from walls, and handing over the same at MES store complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting into or through the stone walls/ brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and walls of cement concrete suitable size for housing for sunk box using heavy duty stone drilling/cutter machine and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: For item Sl Nos. 5, 6, 7, 32, 33 and 34 chases/ groove cutting in stone walls/ brick wall/ block masonary walls as required for concealed wiring shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item Nos. 30 and 31.

Cutting chases, pinning in stone walls/ brick walls etc., making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings etc, for concealed conduit wiring a into or through the stone walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and walls of cement concrete suitable for housing 25mm dia conduit pipe using heavy duty stone drilling/cutter machine and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for sub main wiring with two single core FRLS PVC insulated cable with copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade 2.5 sqmm in and including suitable size of non-metallic rigid PVC conduit and accessories, fixing arrangements concealed in stone wall, floor or ceiling etc by cutting chases in existing stone/ brick masonary including 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor and connecting to main earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: One run of earth continuity conductor, one run of PVC Conduit and two runs of copper conductor together taken as one length for measuring unit length.
