Construction of Earthen Shoulders & subgrade with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with initial lead upto 3.00 Km transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2,conforming to clause no 305 of MoRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works ( 5th Revision ) complete as directed by the Deptt. '(a) from private land (including land compensation of earth)

Cement Treated Sub-Base: Providing in-situ Stabilization of Sub-base by using Cement as per design mix (3-4%) using environment friendly truck mounted cement spreader with computer control Spray system of spraying width upto 2.40 meter as per specification. The pre spread cement, subbasev materials shall be processed in-situ by using self propelled 4 wheeled individual hydraulic drive cold recyceler/stabilizer equipment with working width 2.40 mt fitted with 440 KW engine. The Stabilizer equipment shall have inbuilt water spray bar system with built in nozzles to evenly spray, for stabilization purposes (A MINIMIUM OF 15 NOZZLES SETB ON BOTH SPRAY BARS). The recyceler equipments shall pulverized, mix design depth. The serultant mix would then be compacted to desired design density by vibratory roller and eventually profilled to grade by grader and further compacted by smoothy wheel roller and PTR. The process should be done as per MORT&H's specification complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Wet Mix Macadam: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including all lead and lift conforming to clause no 406 of MoRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works ( 5th Revision) complete as directed by the Deptt.

(B) Prime coat: Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.00 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means) conforming to clause no 502 of MoRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works ( 5th Revision) complete as directed by the Deptt. . (i) With bitumen emulsion-CSS-1h

Tack Coat: Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 2.0 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom conforming to clause no 503 of MoRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works ( 5th Revision) complete as directed by the Deptt. . ( c) Granular surfaces treated with primer. (i) With bitumen emulsion-CSS-1 h (IS-8887-2004)

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam: Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the Hot Mix to work site, laying with a hydraustatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, levelled and alligment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tanden roller to acheive the desired compaction complete in all respect Including all lead and lift and cost of testing of materials materials conforming as per clause507 of MoRT&H specification for Road and Bridge works ( 5th Revision )with aggregate of grading II ( 19 mm nominal size) complete as directed by the Deptt (b) With anti stripping agent as per IS :14982(refer Appendix V of MoRT&H specification). (I) With 60/70 or VG-30grade Bitumen for grading II (19 mm nominal size)
