REPAIR/MAINT OF BUILDING LIGHTS, TUBE LIGHTS CEILING FAN/WALL FANS, METERING SYSTEM, DBs AND CONNECTING WIRING AT AF STN NAJAFGARH UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD

Taking down carefully copper /Aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, Fittingssuch as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc to be measured separately) removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls ,floors etc.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, multi stranded, FRLS copper conductor cable unsheathed in and include PVC conduit with all fittings medium grade ISI Marked and PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq mm as earth wire, connected to common earth dolly suitable for mounting modular switches incl modular metal flush boxes and modular face plate all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge, (The works includes cutting of chases and making good disturbed surfaces and rate deemed to included in quoted rate complete all as specified and as directed.

One Light point controlled by one way switch

One fan point controlled by one way switch and fan regulator on same switch board

One 3 pin socket outlet point 5 Amp on same board

One 3 pin socket outlet point 5 Amps on independent board

M&L for bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other swithces or independent with cables 1.5sq. mm size

All as per item no 02 above but One 3 pin socket out let 15 Amps on independent board, with cables 4.0 Sq mm size and earth wire 4.0 sqmm.

One light point controled by two way switches with cable of size 2.5 sqmm nominal area and 2.5 Sqmm earth wire

Taking out old U/S submain wiring of any size and type all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.,
