Item No 01:- Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for laying cable etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m depth in soft /loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No 02 - Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 03 :- Returning, filing in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No 04 : Removal of excavated materials not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting points etc complete all as specified and directed

Item No 05 : M&L for sand filling under floor or in trenches, including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

Item No 06 : Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class HV, Type-2, peak of size 450 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm with average breaking load 350 kg as per IS 5820:1970 laid in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "HT ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Item No 07 : Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type-1, Flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "LT 1100 V ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Item No 08 - S&F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC Block in cement mortar 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregrate) of size 900mm x 300mm x 100 mm thick with "DANGER / 11 KV CABLE / MES or DANGER / 11 KV HT JOINT / MES" embossing on cable route Indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work (as required / ordered at site) complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 09 - S&F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC Block in cement mortar 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregrate) of size 900mm x 300mm x 100 mm thick with "DANGER / LT 433 V CABLE / MES or DANGER / 11 KV HT JOINT / MES" embossing on cable route Indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work (as required / ordered at site) complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 10 : - Material and labour for boring hole under the road/pavment/hard standing with the help of trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge at site. Note:- The cost of HDPE pipe shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Item No 11 :- Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of size 100 mm dia with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable all as specified & directed.

Item No 12 :- Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of size 80 mm dia with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable all as specified & directed.

Item No 13 :- Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of size 50 mm dia with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable all as specified & directed.

Item No 14 :- Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of size 40 mm dia with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable all as specified & directed.

Item No 15 :- Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of size 25 mm dia with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable all as specified & directed.

Item No 16 :- M&L testing & commissioning XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (Earthed) (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 17 :- Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 kV grade cable for outdoor termination, cold shrink type, joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 18 :- Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured ,aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 19 :- Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm, indoor/outdoor type complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 20 :- Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 11 KV indoor type VCB unit extensible IP54 floor mounted with internal copper bus bars, consisting of fixed type Motorised Vacuum Circuit Breakers-01 No as incomer, bus coupler -01 No and fixed type Motorised Vacuum Circuit Breakers-03 Nos as outgoing with adopting chamber- 02 Nos along with air insulated metering module. All live parts, bus bars of VCB unit should be enclosed in tank to avoid multiple inter connections & sealed for life robotically for three sides and one side manual welded non magnetic / non ferrite / stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2.5 mm thick having IP 67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas to fulfill the requirement as per IEC 60376, 60376 & 603760 B as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation. VCB unit should be complete with all accessories such as Terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications ON/OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120.

The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site. VCB unit should be tested for an internal arc fault of 21kA for 1 sec as per IEC62271-200 and paint shade and thickness should be as per AIS 632 IS -5. complete all as specified and as directed. The outer enclosure shall cover the full length of the switch gear, to ensure IP55 protection for full door covering of complete switchgear. Approved Make : ABB/ Siemens/CG/Areva/ Schnieder and also approved make of E-in-Cs Branch Delhi. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fittings as required at site and incorporating the following accessories : (a) 01 No Incomer, 01 Bus Coupler & 03 No Outgoing : (i) 1250 A Incommer, 1250A Bus Coupler & 800 A out going Vacuum Circuit Breaker module for making and breaking of fault current alongwith Earth Switch of full making capacity. (c) Bus Connected PT Unit -1 No. for protection / Metering consisting of following:- (i) Type M: Air Insulated metering module 12KV, 800A, 21KA for 1 sec. - 3 Voltage Transformers of the ratio 11kV/√3 / 110 V/√3, 50 VA, Class 1.0 with HT fuses on primary side and MCB on secondary side. (ii) 1 LED Illumination. (iii) 1 Space Heater with thermostat. (iv) RYB phase indications (v) 1 no. Digital Voltmeter (c) 2x12 V Battery with battery charger with suitable burden for motor operation. Input 230 V AC & Output 24 V DC. (d) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type VPIS 9-15 KV (e) Necessary interlocking arrangement for safety and operations (f) One No. Operation Handle for Manual Operation (g) One No. Manometer (h) Safety Interlocks Shall be provided as per relevant IEC/IS Standards and Manufacturers directions. (j) Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS Standards.

(k) Manual operation of Vacuum Circuit Breaker should be possible without dismantling the motor . The motor should be fitted in such a way that it should not be outside front covers of VCB Unit. (l) Operation and instruction mannual with drawings - 01 Set. (m) All cable bushing should be replaceable type. (n) Module should be accommodated as per manufacture's design. (o) VCB panel cable box shall be front accessible type to have easy access to protection and metering CTs. (p) BLANK (q) trip and alarm etc. - for 3 nos. outgoing VCB (r) Local Remote switch (s) Hooter - 2 nos. (t) Auxiliary power supply - Single phase Auxiliary Transformer - 11kV/230V AC for input to battery charger (u) Connection between cable riser panel & coupler VCB shall be cable connected using touch proof kits and same shall be done by OEM only as per their recommended guidelines

(w) Vacuum Interrupter should be of same make. Cable box should be arc proof with bolted door and interlocked with respective earthing switches. Doors should be removable for the ease access to terminate cables. Note :- Rate Quoted by the firm for this item should include the cost of the following:- (i) PCC work/ any civil work for foundation required for errection of VCB and other accessories all as standard norns. (ii) Contractor shall submitt type test certificate to the Engr-in- Charge/ GE for approval for approval for placing the order. (iii) The contractor will be submitted the NABL accredited lab test reports of the VCB panel in original and the same shall be produced well before claiming RAR payment of theVCB panel. (iv) VCB panel shall be inspected by inspecting officer nominated by Chief Engineer Jabalpur Zone at Manufacturer factory and all routine test pertaining to IS shall be carried out.

Item No 21 :- Supply, fixing, HT overhead lines 11KV on existng poles with XLPE insulated Aerial Bunch cable (AB cable) suitable for earthed system cross sectional area 3 core x 95 sq mm and 1x 70 sqmm including all fixing accessories. such as suspension clamp, piercing conncetor dead end etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Item No 22 :- Supplying , installation, testing and commissioning of RMU 7 way HT 11 KV outdoor type, double enclosure 21 KA for 3 sec, rated voltage-12KV, operation voltage-11 KV, rated lightning withstand voltage - 75 KV, rated frequency - 50Hz, 630 amp copper busbar SF6 insulated non extensible compact switch gear consisting of two nos fixed motorised load break switch (LBS) and five nos fixed motorised Vaccum circuit breaker (VCB) in SF-6 gas insulated, welded, stainless steel enclosed with minimum 2.5 mm thickness totally enclosed Ring Main Unit IP-67 protection with self powered microprocessor based complete numerical over current & earth fault relay comprising of the following specification/equipment :- (a) The circuit breaker and earthing switch shall be lockable in the open or closed position by suitable number of padlocks of suitable size (b) Inter panel barrier to prevent arc propagation fron one panel/compartment to other. (c ) Earthing switch rated for full making capacity with provision for safe & reliable position indicator. (d) Isolating plug

(e) Vaccum circuit breaker unit insulated in SF6 media shall comprising the following : (i) Assembly of VCB interrupter complete with epoxy supprt insulator and self alligning isolating contacts with rating 11KV 630 amps ,21 KA for 3sec , 50 Hz. (ii) Manual charged and manual operated independent closing / triping, trip free operating mechanism and breaker closed/open, spring charge/discharge indication. (iii) Mechanical operation counter-01No (iv) One bus bar chamber including a set of 3 phase 630 amps copper bus bar. (v) Strip heater 230 volts AC single phase 80 watt. (vi) Current transformer chamber comprising of 3 nos single phase resin cast CT's of 100-50/5 and accuracy class 0.5 for metering and class 5P10 for protection in all outgoing VCB feeder - set of 3 (e) One no potential transformer(PT) three phase, dry type ( resin cast) draw out type 11kv/110 volts, 100VA burden, accuarcy class 0.5 with HT & LT HRC fuses for primary and secondary complete as per IS-3156- 01 No.

(f) SCADA Self powered solid state numerical O/C & E/F relay for complete protection of HT,11KV, three phase feeder having facility to record fault current with date & time with suitable communication port as approved by GE- 01 Nos (g) Arc flash supervision of circuit breaker,cable and busbar compartment. (h) Digital SCADA compatible intelligent panel meter indicating line/phase current, line/phase voltage, power factor, KVAR,KVA, frequency etc with accuracy class 0.5 for all outgoing feeder of RMU-05 Nos. Make : QUASAR of L&T /equivalent of Schneider. (j) One set of indication lamp(LED) type for ON.OFF indication in all LBS/VCB. (k) One set of indication lamp (LED) type for spring charging and three nos indication lamp for RYB phase indication in all LBS/VCB. (l) Battery bank of suitable size including charging uint for operation of LBS/VCB. NOTE:- (i) All foundation works for RMU as per manufacturer recommendation for the installation shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) Contractor shall submit detailed drawings with specification of the RMU and get necessary approval before pacing final order to the manufacturer.

(iv) All outgoing / incoming existing HT cable of any size drawing / digging out cable from loops in trenches inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required and relaying the cables shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iv) Any item missed out above but is technically required for safe and proper operation of equipment shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) The material will be purchased only through manufacturing company. Make : ABB/SCHENIDER/SIEMENS/AREVA/CG.

(iv) Any item missed out above but is technically required for safe and proper operation of equipment shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Item No 24 : M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 25 : Supply,laying, testing and commissionnig of UG LT cables 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC shealhed, armoured, with multi stranded aluminum conductor, heavy duty conforming to latest relevant IS, including cable glands, cable lugs in LT panel/ MCCB in building etc to suit the cable including material and labour for all jointing/connecting material of required size, cables laid in trenches/ducts/under plinth floors passing through pipes etc,complete all as specified and directed of following sizes :- NOTE:- The cost of excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning and protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Item No 26 : Supply and fixing PVC sheathed multi stranded unstheathe copper conductor cable LT 1100 volt grade Conforming to IS 7098 FRLS (inner sheet) of size two runs 2.5 Sqmm (Nominal Area) and one run of 2.50 Sqmm as earth wire from pole junction box to light fitting drawn through heavy duty PVC rigid conduit ISI marked and its ISI marked accessaries complete with suitable size copper cable lugs and connector all complete as specified and directed.

Item No. 27 :- Supply and fixing pole mounted Polycorbonate junction box/bus bar chamber for loop IN/OUT connection of street light cable of size 295 x 195 x 100 mm high heat distoration temperature, non-fusing , shockproff, rustproof, 100 % weatherproof, fire retardant- class FV-o as per IS 11731 Part-II and suitable locking arragement with three phase and neutral copper busbar of size 20 x 3 mm of length 170 mm wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with GI nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections mounted on hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends of busbar fixed to tubular pole with GI bracket clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 28 :- Supply and fixing Electrical GDR chequred rubber matting of size 2 mtr x 1 mtr x 19 mm thick suitable for HT 11 KV substation as per IS 5424:1969 complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 29 : Supply, fabrication, installation and testing of LT factory made (CPRI approved) water and vermin proof protection pedestal type feeder pillar box of minimum size 1200mm x 600mm x 500mm (overalls), outdoor type made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet with frame and legs of mild steel angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm in all side with double door, front and back side openable and air ventilation arrangement including provision of cable looping box of size 600 x 450 x 400mm made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet with front side openable double door shutter hinged door and locking arrangement at back side complete painted with Powder Coated paint of approved shade and suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 500 voltage grade complete wiring and all incoming connections with copper strip busbar of required size to MCCB input including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in foundation of size 0.80m x 0.60m x 0.90m depth (30 cm below ground level & 60 cm above ground level) including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed alongwith comprising of the following accessories :- NOTE: Rate of earthwork and PCC are deemed to be inclusive in

Item No 30 : Supply, fabrication, installation and testing of LT factory made CPRI approved, water and vermin proof wall mounted panel box of size 900mmx 800mmx500mm, outdoor type made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet with frame and legs of mild steel angle of size 25X25X5mm in all side with double door, front and back side openable and air ventilation arrangement complete with two coats of powder coated approved shade and suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 500 volt grade complete wiring and all incoming connection with copper strip/solid copper wire busbar of required size of MCCB input including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation of size 0.70mx0.60mx0.80m depth (30 cm below ground level & 60 cm above ground level) including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed alongwith comprising of the following accessories :-

Out going:- (a) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts, 25 KA breaking capacity rating 63 amps including all fixing accessories with both ends spreader links-03 Nos (b) Enameled iron danger notice plate of 1.60 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 200 mm X 150mm , white with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with nuts and bolts on door / shutter of FPB for LT -01 No.

Item No 31 : Supply ,fabrication, installation and testing of LT out door type factory made CPRI Approved , junction box of size 900mm x 600mm x 400 mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 25X25X5mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25 x 5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of size 0.80m X 0.6m X 0.90m depth (0.30m below ground level and 0.60m above ground level ) and connections of all outgoing / incomming existing cable of any size drawing / digging out cable from loops in trenches inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required and relaying the cables including the following fitment accessories all complete as specified and as directed.

(a) Alluminium bus bar of size 50 mm X 6 mm X 400mm long wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes as required with nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends = 04 nos (b) Enamelled iron danger notice plate of 1.60 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 200 mm X 150mm , white with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with nuts and bolts on door / shutter of JB for LT -01 No.

Item No. 48 :- M&L for Earthing with 600x600x6.00 mm Galvanised steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to and including Galvanised steel Strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised steel with and including 40 mm dia GI medium grade pipe for protection of GI strip to the extent of 7.5 metres as earthing lead including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including PCC foundation / chamber in mix 1:2:4 type B1 with M.S. angle iron frame, C.I. Cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20 mm dia light grade G.I. Item No. 50 :- Labour only for fixing/ Installation 11 KV/433 Volts tranformer of capacity 200 KVA obtained from item No 49 (b) above with all necessary HT/ LT electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed
