Supplying and laying including digging, carrying by lorry, filling River Bed Material including watering & consolidation in layers to specified lines, camber, grades and cross sections. Finished work

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto all level TheMetreo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more incl. all leads, lifts and carriage of material by M.T. / H.L.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works upto plinth level in (1:2:4) grade with 20mm nominal size of crushed stone aggre-gates.

Providing & laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Centring & shuttering incl.strutting propping etc and removal of form work for

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms

Providing and laying dry stone agg. using 40mm nominal size incl. spreading, levelling,sand grouting, watering, ramming, etc all complete

Providing and laying 75mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-15 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face un-plasticized Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. (i) Single socketed pipes 110 mm diametre

Engaging labour for Clearance of mulba and choked drains from site before execution of work

Carriage of sand by mechanical transport with avg lead of 10 Kms.Incl. loading /unloading complete

Carriage of St.Agg (below 40mm) by mechanical transport with avg lead of 10 Kms.Incl. loading /unloading complete

Providing and fixing Granite Plate embedded in Brick Masnory Pedestal with cement plaster and paint incl. Labour, carriage etc. all job complete( size of Granite Plate 3" x 2.0")
