M & L digging/development/drilling of bore well with 168 mm dia bore upto 200M depth below ground level in any type of soil strata including hard stone / boulders, rocks, etc and getting out soil, removal to a distance not exceeding 50M including the following works complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Electro logging in trial bore precise delineation of granular zones and also the quality of ground water including reports interpretation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Electric logging shall be carried out by approved agency. (ii) Unit rate quoted, developing and testing etc at side of work and renewal of the same on completion from the site including necessary supervison and rental charges of rig machine compressor and OP unit (any other T&P not specifically inventioned) and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (b) Before proceeding with the digging of bore well the contractor shall identify the Trial bore of 168mm size bore through any soil strata including hard stone/ boulder by means of direct rotary method below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and assembling including jointing, lowering and fixing in position UPVC casing pipe 150mm bore (nominal dia) 10mm thickness confirming to Sch- 80 to avoid collapsing of the above bore during drilling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L development of tube well by means for over pumping velocity filling 600 PSI air compresser including equipment fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Yield testing of bore well by continous pumping for 16 hrs to determine safe pumping yied of the tube well complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning multi stage submersible pump capable to deliver 120 to 240 LPM or more water at head of 100 to 150 Mtr (approx) lowered into 200 mm dia borewell and connected with 50mm internal dia HDPE column pipe and 6 Sqmm copper conductor submersible cable having dilfuser casing construction and bronze impellers dynamically balanced rotor and pump shaft with impeller with outlet size 50 mm and motor 10 HP suitable for operation on 3 phase 415 volts, disc suction strainer cable guard etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a)The pump set details as given above is tentative which shall vary subject to the yield test (b)The contractor shall ensure and submit the design of pump set of required staging to get the desired output in consultation and with approval of Engr-in-charge after digging of borewell & carrying out the yield test by suitable method.

S & F Mild steel clamp set (02 Nos) fabricated made out of flat iron (40 x 6) suitable for 50mm dia GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Sample box made out of 2nd class hard wood of internal dimension 900mm x 400mm x 150 mm deep using 25mm thick planks and providing pigeonholes of minimum 18 Nos of 100 mm square (compartments 100mm x 100mm) having drawer made by 12mm thick plywood and providing openable fully glazed shutter with 3mm thick ordinary sheet glass framed with second class hard wood 50 x 15mm hinged on one side and providing locking arrangement with hasp & stable for displaying strata samples as received during boring of tube well complete all as specified and directed.

Supplyi, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of NRV, butterfly valve type with necessary fittings, flanges, nut bolts etc as per specification Details Non return valves shall be cast iron spring action swing check type. An arrow mark in the direction of flow shall be marked on the body of the valve. The valve shall bear to IS 5312 certification. The valve shall be of cast iron body and cover. The internal flap in the direction of water shall be of cast iron and hinged by a hinge pin of high tensile brass or stainless steel cast iron parts shall be conform to 13:210/70, grade 200/260 type of size 50mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI Medium grade 50mm dia bend ISI marked including jointing, threading works required at site and breaking of wall/PCC flooring, pipe line supports etc for laying pipes and making good the disturbed surfaces and make leak proof joints etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable for submersible pump set, ISI marked, conforming to IS-864 of size 3 core 6 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade, including necessary water proof connection to submersible pump at cable lead complete all as specified and directed.

Biological and potability testing of water sample carried out from NABL approved lab water testing to be done for organoleptic & physical parameter for general parameters concerning substance undesireable in excessive amount for parameters concerning toxic substance for pesticide residual limit and biological test of water sample as per IS 10500:2012 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install MS feeder pillar box outdoor type complete with fully automatic star delta starter suitable for submersible pump set of capacity 10 HP, including single phase preventor with dry run protection, TPN 63 amps, voltmeter, Ammeter, capacitor bank, etc (including foundation concrete Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate and earth work for foundation of feeder pillar box) Note:- (a)The thickness of Mild steel sheet shall be minimum 3.15 mm and frame work with angle iron of size 40x40x6mm. (b)The outdoor feeder pillar box to be painted with one coat red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ivory) colour paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with GI earth plates electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below GL the plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salts to a packet thickness of 15 cm all around the plate,using 32x6mm earth lead of GI strip connected to earth plate by means of nut ,bolts and washers GI pipe light grade 50mm bore for protection of strips from edge of earth plate to transformer plinth including water pipe of size light grade 50 mm from earth chamber to edge of earth plate,CI funnel with wiremesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in pit chamber and RCC pitcover 50mm thick pre-cost RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 dully rainforced with MS bars 6mm dia @100 cc both ways with 10mm dia MS bar in lifting handle excavation earth work etc all as directed in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m in wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cables all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc.1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Sand cushioning with river washed and screened dry fine sand to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 15 cm below the cable and 8 cm after laying the cable, duly punned complete all as specified and directed. Note : Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment

Supply and lay old bricks sub class 'B' for cable protection laid trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, testing and commissioning UG cable of size 4 core 25 Sqmm XLPE insulated, armored heavy duty electric cable, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor in trenches including suitable size of double grip cable gland and jointing etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and lay 50mm bore Galvanised steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixtures in trenches floors/walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and lowering of High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 16 kg/Sqcm, fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors, lowering in to borewell as column pipe etc. of size 63 mm nominal dia, ISI marked including fixing of necessary SS nipple on both sides for fixing of submersible pump and existing water supply pipe line with flanges and bolts & nuts required at site etc., complete all as specified and directed

S & F Gunmetal globe or gate valve for 50mm bore pipe conforming IS 778, with iron wheel head screwed both end complete all as specified and directed.
