Supply and Installation of 500 kVA, 415V Diesel generator set of standard make such as CATERPILLAR/ Cummins/Greaves/ Kirloskar etc., with following specifications Phase - Three Phase Voltage - 415 V RPM - 1500 Frequency - 50 HZ Air intake system - Air Cleaner regular duty with service indiactor with turbo charger after cooled Cooling System - Radiator cooled, thermo stat and housing after cooler water pump, gear driven Exhaust - Exhaust Manifold, Exhaust mufflers, exhaust flex fittings, flanges, silencer with 12' outlet

Fuel System - Primary filter with integral water seperated, secondary fuel filters, fuel priming pump, fuel transfer pump and electronic unit injector Lubrication system - Lubricating oil and filter full flow lubricating oil cooler, fumes disposal, Lub oil level indiactor (Dip Stick) Starting/ Charging - 24V starting motor, 2x12V batteries with rack and cables and charging alternator Generator - 500 KVA, 3 Phase, 415V, 50 HZ, 1500 RPM with Class H Insolation, Class H IP 23 Encloser. The Standard acosutic encloser with 25 db(A) insertion loss as per CPCB regulations. Containarised designed for easy access of all engine parts, lube oil, fumes diposed radiator drain. Lockable doors to ensure safely, Non Igniting, Self extingusing Mineral wool of 100 thick with resin bonded used for Noise and thermal insulation

Supply and laying of 3 1/2 x 400 sq mm PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 m and refilling the earth to make good

Supply and Installation of Exhaust pipe Thermal Insulation and cladding for 12"dia pipe, using Rockwool Insulation of density 64Kg/m3 with 50mm thick bound with GI chicken wire mesh & Cladding using 24 SWG Aluminium sheet

Supply and Installation of M.S Structural Supports for Exhaust Stack, cable trays, Fuel pipes using ISA / ISMC. Supports shall be Duly Cleaned with Brush follwed by One Coat of Primer and Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint / Aluminium Paint

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors.

Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanium iron sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws,plastic washer.The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet in to the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Refilling with other than sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.
