M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor with mixing of Ironite or other wear proof topping, laid in alternate bay incl necessary form work , finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour (as approved by GE) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix purpose made screw bolts with hexogonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other , or screwed both ends , each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexogonal or square nut 16-20 mm dia and exc. 15 cm and n.exc. 22.5 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for brick work in CM 1:6 with old size sub class 'B' brick & straight or curved on plain exeeding 6m mean radius complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered surfaces (previously untreated) of walls applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for returning, filling in, earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing excavated material n. exc 50 m distance and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste for form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
