VRV Outdoor Units SITC of Air Cooled VRV/F units with scroll Compressor capable of modulating capacity i.e. it should be able to vary speed of the compressor as per the varying load conditions and works on R-410A with heating & cooling both. The outdoor unit shall be factory assembled unit housed in a sturdy weather proof casing constructed from rust-proofed mild steel panels coated with powder coated finish. The outdoor unit shall have multiple Twin Rotary/scroll compressors. Each unit shall be equipped, with an oil separator to ensure stable operation with long refrigerant piping. Variable refrigerant volume/flow modular type air-conditioning system suitable for Cooling/Heating by inverter driven capacity control compressor. Outdoor unit having minimum COP at 100% Load must be 4 & 50% Load it must be 6.5 at 35 deg. Outside ambient conditions. (ARI Condition). All the units shall be provided with built-in microprocessor control panel, for automatic operation and capacity control. All compressor shall have inverter technology i.e. outdoor units shall have all 100% inverter based compressor. Indoor Units Air Handling Unit SITC of Floor mounted double skin AHU-6000 CFM @50mm SP with Pre filters, blower with motor & VFD of suitable capacity, 6RD DX cooling coil (2#-1W+1SB) with Thermal break profile having section of 42mm thick, Fire proof canvass connection (inside), Mixing Box with Extruded Aluminium Vol control dampers etc complete in all respects.
