Providing and applying and spreading of graded stone aggregate to stablized wet mix macadam (ETA) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Emulsion in uniform single layer on sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desired density complete in all respects as per MoRTH specification 406 & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom, complete in all respects as per MoRTH specification 503 & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100 TPH computerized hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects, complete in all respects as per MoRTH specification 507 & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete in all respects as per MoRTH specification 602 & as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. As per morth specification 304 complete in all respect Including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. As per Engineer in charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. As per morth specification 2100 complete in all respect Including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. As per Engineer in charge.

Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub-structure complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and Technical Specifications As per morth specification 1300 & 2200 complete in all respect Including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. As per Engineer in charge.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in substructure as per Technical Specifications As per morth specification 1300 & 2200 complete in all respect Including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. As per Engineer in charge.
