Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS: Designing, Providing and fixing in position Hot rolled structural steel Members / Sections consists of MS joists, channels, angles, purlins, pipes, hollow tubes, runners, insert plates, flats etc. at all levels. Surface preparation of all MS members by Sand blasting to SA 21/2 grade and painted with anti corrosive, low VOC PU paint (metallic finish) with compatible primer to a minimum film thickness of 75 microns and 2 coats of low VOC PU paint of Akzonoble make and total dry film thickness 225 microns. (Only Main structural supports related to Facade works if required any shall be considered and no base frame or support structure shall not be considered, which shall form part of the respective cladding and Glazing items).

Paving the floor with best quality vitrified Tiles of following size and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)
Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required cement slurry and mortar plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Paving the Top of roof with Solar refelective tiles of size 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for sunken portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foregin, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier.The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed.Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. After drying, second coat shall be applied on the first coat as directed by the departmental officers etc. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc., complete.

8.INTEGRATION OF PV POWER WITH GRID: The output power from SPV would be fed to the inverters which converts DC produced by SPV array to the AC and feeds it into the main electricity grid after synchronization. In case of grid failure, or low or high voltage, solar PV system will be out of synchronization and will be disconnected from the grid. Once the DG set comes into service PV system will again be synchronized with DG supply and load requirement would be met to the extent of availability of power 4 pole isolation of inverter output with respect to the grid/DG power connection need to be provided.
9.GRID ISLANDING: PV system software and control system will be equipped with islanding protection. 5.DC & AC Switches a. DC SIDE (i) MCB of suitable rating shall be provided for connection and disconnection of array & PCU for maintenance purpose. (ii) Switches and Circuit Breakers on DC side shall be DC rated or they shall be sufficiently de- rated, if AC rated switches are used. b.AC SIDE MCB of suitable rating shall be provided for connection and disconnection of PCU & load 6.Cables and accessories All the cables shall be supplied conforming to IEC 60227/IS 694 & IEC 60502/IS 1554 shall be of 1.1 kV grade as per requirement. 7.E a r th i n g an d L i g h t n i n g P r o te c t i o n : Earthing: The array structure of the PV yard shall be grounded properly using adequate number of earthing kits. All metal casing or shielding of the power plants shall be thoroughly grounded to ensure safety of the solar power plants. Lightning: The SPV power plants shall be provided with lightning &over voltage protection. The main aim in this protection shall be to reduce the over voltage to a tolerable value before it reaches the PV or other sub system components. The source of over voltage can be lightning, atmosphere disturbances etc
8.INTEGRATION OF PV POWER WITH GRID: The output power from SPV would be fed to the inverters which converts DC produced by SPV array to the AC and feeds it into the main electricity grid after synchronization. In case of grid failure, or low or high voltage, solar PV system will be out of synchronization and will be disconnected from the grid. Once the DG set comes into service PV system will again be synchronized with DG supply and load requirement would be met to the extent of availability of power 4 pole isolation of inverter output with respect to the grid/DG power connection need to be provided.
9.GRID ISLANDING: PV system software and control system will be equipped with islanding protection. In addition to disconnection from the gird (islanding protection i.e. on no supply), under and over voltage conditions will adequate rating fuses, fuses on inverter input side (DC) as well as output side (AC) for overload and short circuit protection and disconnecting switches to isolate the DC and AC system for maintenances as needed. Fuses of adequate rating will also be provided in each solar array module to protect them against short circuit. A manual disconnect 4 pole isolation switch beside automatic disconnection to grid would have to be provided at utility end to isolate the grid connection by the utility personal to carry out any maintenance.
10 . W A R R A N T Y ( i ) Solar panel at 90 % efficiency - 10 years ( i i ) Solar panel at 80 % efficiency - 25 years ( i i i ) All other equipments - 5 years WARRANTIES & GUARANTIEES: The goods supplied under this contract are new, unused, of the most recent or latest technology and incorporate all recent improvements in design and materials. This warrantee will also be covering the rectification of any and all defects in the design of equipment, materials and workmanship including spare parts for the guarantee period specified by MNRE/ TEDA from the date of
commissioning. All the Guarantees / Warrantees of the different components will be transferred to Owner of the project. 11 .
