Clearing Grass and Removal of Rubbish Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 30 m outside the periphery of the area as per Technical Specification Clause 201. By Manual Means

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lead upto 30m and lift upto 1.5m spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per techanical specification clause 301.5

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded ready mixed sukrut material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface with at OMC, and compacting in two layer with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45-63mm Sukrut stone ballast to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Type-B screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53mm Sukrut Stone ballast size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, Type-B screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Brick edging on both sides of roads of Straight over burnt brick class 275 (8cm (3") wide & 12 cm (4.50") deep laid with mud mortor including labour & suplly of bricks finished to required templete and in proper alignment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the E/I. as per SOR

Providing and appying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-2) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate 0.70 kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per Technical specification claue 502 .

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen on primed surface at the rate of 0.35 kg/Sqm using manual mens as per techanical specification clause 503.

Providing Laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm & 11.2 mm aggregate either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base. Including mixing in a suitable plant or mixol laying and rolling with a three wheels 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grade.

Providing and laying of seal coat type "C" sealing the voids in a bitumens surface laid to the specified levels,using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen grade V.G.-10 as per techinical Specification Clause 510.(Including cost of bitumen)
