Part I :Periodic Renewal of Porunthavakkam Road (Km 0/0 to 2/300) Estimate Amount :46.81 Lakhs, Maintenance Cost : 8.28 Lakhs

Picking the Existing BT Surface including all labour charges etc.

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 50mm using 45mm IRC size HBG metal

Applying tack coat over BT surface (not treated with primer) using 3Kg of bituminous emulsion per 10 Sqm. including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost of which will be recovered at the rates as per special conditions appended herewith including conveyance of bituminous emulsion to actual work spot handling charges including labour charges for brushing, cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and labour and machinery charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights, flags etc., complete as per standard specification.

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25, 30/40 MM THICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Filling gravel for shoulders and berms including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and stacking them to departmental guage for premeasurements and labour charges for filling etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of KM stone of size 1.65 x 0.45 x 0.15m

Supplying and fixing of HM stone of size 0.75x0.23x0.10 m including cost and conveyance and all other labour charges etc., complete

Road Marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free form streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H specification no.803

Providing and construction of Speed Breaker using bituminous concrete as per the standard sepcifications

Routine Maintenance after completion of work the road sufrace and shoulder to be maintained in proper condition to make them free from excessive edge drop offs, roughness, scouring and pot holes and cleaning of surface drain including culverts for frre flow of water. Relettering name boards and K.M & H.M stone and other maintenance operation required to keep the road traffic worthly at all the time for the maintenance period for the following years. As per General condition of contract para 32.2.2

Part II :Periodic Renewal of Thellimedu Road Km (0/0 to 0/750 ) in venkatapuram village panchayat Estimate Amount : 43.55 Lakhs, Maintenance Cost : 2.70 Lakhs

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides fpor all reinforced cement concrete works like drain sides revetment sides etc using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with mild steel angels of size 25mmz25mmz3mm including removing the same after specified period without damaging RCC works etc. Complete.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal with cost and conveyance including all other labour charges etc complete.

Construction of Un reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and constuction joint pavement thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 grade etc complete.

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete,
