Material and labour coloured non skid porcelain tiles exterior grade 300x300x10mm thick heavy duty (Endura from Johnson or equivalent) as in floor, set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 16 to 18mm thick granite slab (of any type & shade as approved), width and length as ordered, best quality machine cut to be fixed steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like and jointed with gray cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with marble dust (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of slab, rubbing and granite polishing,over screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4including cutting / rounding of edges where requried complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair false ceiling with powder coated exposed Gl grid suspension system (E-Grid T-2430 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exc 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c) consisting of main runner 3600mm long, cross Tee 1200mm/600mm long and wall angle. Material and labour 3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm) laid over a coat of bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS, over primer coat bonding material of blown bitumen 85/25 grade heated to working temperature of 180° C applied @1.2Kg/Sqm. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions and finished with applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint @100gm/sqm on top of membrane, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conform to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as grating over drain etc, complete all as specified & directed
