Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of insulated PVC make up tank complete with high & low indicator, sensor, control wiring, piping connections float valves, drain valves, over flow connection. The make-up water tank should be provided with two outlet connection for chilled and condenser water circuit. Pressurisation pumps (1 working + 1standby), 5GPM water flow rate, 1 HP motor, relief valve, pressure gauge, control panel, pressure switch drain, pipes fittings valves etc. Pump should be sized to create required pressure in the system and complete with check valve, Y- strainer, butterfly valves, flexible connections rubber pads etc. Provide pump panel with starters, electric alternator and controls for auto operation from pressure switch. Provide pressure switch. Panel to be IP 65 Capacity 1000 litres make- up water tank with pressurisation pumps shall be insulated as for piping insulation. And finally cover the insulation with 26G aluminium cladding

Supply, installation of insulated pressure type expansion tank of adequate size complete with integral heavy duty butyl rubber diaphragm, system pressure 125 psi and temperature difference 10 deg.F pressurisation expansion tanks shall be insulated as for piping insulation and finally cover the insulation with 26G aluminum cladding.

Supply & Installation testing & commissioning of a common air separator on the return water line located at the pump suction and suitable for 163.2USGPM water flow, 100 mm dia inlet outlet. The separator should be complete with high capacity air vent, service valve, non return valve, butterfly valve connection for makeup water inlet, flanges etc. Air separators shall be insulated as for piping insulation and finally cover the insulation with 26G aluminium cladding.

Supply & fix , testing humidification unit comprising of air washer with spray header, PVC spray nozzles, PVC humidification tank alongwith suitable capacity flame proof humidification pump, ultra sonic humidifier with flame proof enclosure with electronic type humidify star, thermo star and flame proof wiring shall be provided in AHU room.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fabrication and errection of rectangular GI ducting for supply and return air complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Drawing for ducting showing lay out shall be submitted before errection by the contractor

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning for Acoustic insulation to GI duct with approved sample of Nitrile rubber foam, 19mm thick open cell ‘O’ complete with necessary adhesive material, complete all as specified and directed.

The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-65 class protection and made of 2.00 mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front & back side opening type, with apron for cable entry with single door setter and locking arrangement including all required PCC and earth work etc. after taking down old us panel and comprising of the following :-
