SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF HT NETWORK ALONGWITH REPLACEMENT OF TWO POLE STRUCTURE WITH RMU AT CERTAIN PLACES AT AFS YELAHANKA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil upto a depth of 30 cm after riddling of excavated soil (in lieu of sand) for cushioning of cable and refilling of trenches with left over normal excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour precast cement concrete block masonary with solid block type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded aggregates as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified directed.

Material and labour 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on stone surface finished even and smoooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Prepration of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls including priming plastered and other surfaces with alakali resistant primimg paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 11 KV operating voltage, 21 kA for 3 seconds, 3 phase 50 Hz, IP 54, SCADA compatible, motorised, three way Ring Main Unit comprising Two number vacuum circuit breakers duly interlocked and one number motorised load break isolator, battery chargers, totally enclosed metal clad switch gear with motorized with battery and charger, protection relays, having rated current of Ring Switch and Breaker is 630 Amp, One side extensible, with internal arc classification with AFLR with 21 kA for 1 second, copper bus bar with danger notice board, with factory made weather proof enclosure by the switchgear manufacturer. The unit shall be painted in RAL 7032 / 7035 paint shade with following specifications and all as per the IEC 60298,IEC 60265, IEC 60129, IEC 60420, IEC 60056, IEC 60694 and as per the specification of the manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Ring Switch/Isolator: (i) Capacity 11 KV, HT, 630 Amps. Triple pole, single break, having three position ('ON', 'OFF' and 'EARTH') Ring Main Switches, each with independent motor charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch. (ii) Air insulated cable boxes with gland plate suitable for bottom entry of single run of three core cable up to 300 sqmm. (iii) Cable Bushings (iv) Capacitive Voltage Indicator with LED Display. (v) Mimic diagram on front panel, complete with status indicators (ON-OFF-EARTH). (vi) Motor for motorised operation. (vii) One set of Potential Free contacts for SCADA Compatibility. (viii) Fault Passage Indicators (ix) One set of Right Angle Boots-NON TOUCH PROOF

(b) Vacuum Circuit Breaker : (i) Capacity 630 Amps, Triple pole, Vacuum Circuit Breaker, with independent motor charged spring mechanism and fully rated earth switch, with provision for earth of the cable. (ii) Air insulated cable box with gland plate suitable for bottom entry of single run of 3-core cable up to 300 sqmm. (iii) Multi powered Over current, Earth Fault and short circuit three element numerical Relay. (iv) Resin cast current transformers for protection mounted CT ratio 40-80/1A, 5P10, 2.5VA. (v) Capacitive Voltage Indicators with LED Display. (vi) Mimic diagram on front panel, complete with status indicators (ON-OFF-EARTH). (vi) Motorised assembly. (vii) Epoxy Molded low energy Tripping Coil for tripping the circuit breaker in fault condition. (viii) Right Angle Boots-NON TOUCH PROOF.

(c) General specifications: (i) One set of positive standard electrical/mechanical interlock to avoid unsafe operations. (ii) Provision of pad locking for open, close, earth position in correct sequence. (iii) Monometer for indicating SF6 gas pressure with green and red zone. (iv) 2.5 mm thick stainless steel SF6 tank with robotically welded construction with IP67 protection. (v) External stud for earthing connections. (vi) One no of Operating Handle. Note:- (i) Any missing data in this item butit is required for efficient functioning of RMU is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Complete Drawing to be submitted GE for approval before to giving manufacturing clearance. (iii) Necessary foundation to be made at site as per manufacturer recommended.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1 with peak, size300 mm x 180mm x 40mm all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade 80mm dia in trenches/fixing on pole /wall/crossing in drain etc.for protection of UG cable

Material & Labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology and necessary machine including Galvanised Iron pipe of 50/80/100mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure.

Taking out old unserviceable HT UG Cable size 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing of HT UG Cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm.

Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected to 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip as earth lead upto a length of 7.5 metre long by means of bolts,nuts, washers etc. and protected by GI pipe light grade 15mm dia and 20mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, back-fill with salt and charcoal, provision of test point including connected to earth test point and necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 bed and chamber RCC (1:2:4) type B1, iron grill including GI cover with hinge and funnel watering pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed (Note : 1. If the desired earth resistance is not found ,earthing shall be re-done by the Contractor at no extra cost )

Supply and fixing earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 32x6mm galvanised iron complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Dismatling of two pole structure including GOD, stay assembly, air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism, DO switch fuse including insulators, insulators any type,cross arms of M S channel or angle sections, foundation accessories, etc,LA distribution class MCOV 9 KV and discharge capacity 5 KA ground leveling and taken as schedule of credit The quoted rate is deemed to include the cost of demolition of concrete etc,and excavation& earth work including making good the disturbed surfaces and complete all as specified and directed.
