Disconnecting and taking down old U/S light fittings of any type/rating/make from pole or wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed. Make:- (i) Crompton Cat part-LEL-70-CDL/60-M (ii) Havells Cat Part-JETAALBAFLOOD LIGHT 70-W (iii)Orient Cat Part- LFAP-070-C or Equivalent in Philips/ Wipro/ Syska/ Polycab

Taking down old unsv sub main wiring including connected items complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of wiring for circuit/submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable of size 2x1.5 sqmm+1x1.0sqmm earth wire in suitable size of steel conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Rates are deemed to be included chases of conduit and making holes in wall/floor for passing in or through conduit (ii) Two runs of 1.5 sqmm single core (FRLS) PVC insulated copper conductor cable one run of 1.00 sqmm copper conductor cable (FRLS) as a earth leadand one run of steel conduit will be measured as a one unit.

S & F in repair TPN distribution board 8 way I/C-8 , O/G-24 including incoming MCB 40 A C curve FP-01 No.,RCBO 40 A sensitivity 300mA-01 No., MCB 6 A C curve DP -12 Nos fixing on pole/wall with MS Clamps/nuts/bolts and connecting with incoming and outgoing cable complete all as directed .

S & F Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) including taking down old concrete poles/struts along with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair LED street light fitting 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repairs GI pipe bracket 'light grade' of 50mm dia bore ISI marked duly bent to shape with an angle including clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc along with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with preparation of new steel surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs polycarbonate unbreakable junction box suitable for pole mounted out door type complete with FI clamp & nuts, bolts, washers and including copper bus bar 4 pole x 10 amp and one MCB SP up to capacity of 02 Amp, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cable and getting out in soft/loose type of soil and n.exc 10sqm on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m width and exc 1.5m but exc 3.0 mtr depth for laying of cable and getting out in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specifed and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to all around the cable protection of natural Tibba sand all as directed. (Note : Punning thickness will be measured and paid for payment purpose.)

S & L stone patti quarry faced Jodhpur type 4 to 5 cm thick and 25 to 30 cm wide putting on cable abutting to each other for cable protection all as directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole. Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of pole and including form work Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L earthing complete as per electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 25mm x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 32mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & tested complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying, Jointing and testing in replacement underground armoured cable LT XLPE insulated cable 1100 Volts PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT UG cable heavy duty with multi stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches / walls/ ducts passing through pipe cable of following size complete all as specified:- 25 Sqmm 4 core
