GE U(N) 18 2022 23 REPAIR TO BOUNDARY WALL DRAIN MAINT AND CLEANINIG OF SEPTIC TANK SOKAGE WELLS MANHOLES SEWAGE LINE ETC IN CH FHO AMSD MEDICAL COMPLEX AND MUKHARJEE ENCLAVE UNDER GE NORTH UDHAMPUR

M&L for systematically Cleaning of blockage of WC Indian, Orrisa pattern or European type and bathroom/ kitchen including cleaning of Nahani traps/gully traps/floor by removing of all the mud/sludge and getting out in including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto Ist manhole and depositng the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 metres from the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of of pit including all excavations and earth work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) The contractor or his authorised representative shall collect the complaints of all blockage from complaint cell/Engr-in-charge daily and all complaints will be rectified by the contractor with in same day and returne the complaint slip after completion of complaint and get receipt from concerned JE/Engr-in-charge. If he fails to complete the work with in same day then recovery will be made @ Rs 50.00 per complaint per day. (ii) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor .(iii) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

M&L for excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.50m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

All as above srl item No. 02 but exc 1.5m Not exc3.00m all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F HDPE DWC (Double wall corrugated) pipes confirming to IS-16098 of DN/ID 170mm dia, Pressure rating SN-08 fixed with rubber seal and coupler required with and including suitable bends 90/60/45 degree etc Single Y Jn complete as required fixed as per manufacturere instructions laid in trenches for sewage line complete including demolition/ breaking up of existing pipe lines where ever necessary all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note :- Rates included for pipes, bends any size any type Y Jn coupler/adapter etc required and net total length of pipes with fittings shall be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for plain cement concrete in (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation bed for laying sewage lines or mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 100mm/150mm/200mm/250mm internal dia at any depth by removing the manhole covers of any type/size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine required at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited in sewer lines removing the solids and sludge to distance place outside the defence land in closed containers and reinstating the manhole cover to its original position (cost of removal of sludge/liquid material from sewage lines is included in the rate of this item complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor (ii) The contractor shall arrange the honey sucker machine mounted on trolley/ truck and all sludge shall be sucked through honey sucker machine and to be removed outside MD land. Necessary permission of Civil authority for removal of sludge if needed shall be obtained by the contractor at his own cost and resources. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

M&L for cleaning and desludging & de-watering of existing septic tanks for 100 users and opening covers, and including inlet and outlet chambers and soakage well, taking out sludge & sewage water in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by mechanical equipment like honey sucker machine mounted on trolley/ truck and all sludge shall be sucked through honey sucker machine and to be removed outside MD land (Qty of desludging taken out n. exc 12.0 Cum and Dewatering n exc 12.0 Cum from Each Septic tank) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor. (ii) All sludge retrieved to be removed outside MD land and necessary permission of Civil authority for removal of sludge if needed shall be obtained by contractor at his own resources and rates deemed to be inclusive of the same. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

All as per item Srl No 09 herein before but for 50 users capacity(Qty of desludging taken out n. exc 6.0 Cum and Dewatering n exc 6.0 Cum from Each Septic tank) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends swan necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories).

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with MS clamps, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface including finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing , dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks as in sewage work, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, using old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and as directed. .

All as per item No 23 herein before, but except bricks using existing sewer bricks including cleaning etc .complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note-Old bricks obtained against dismantling/demolition shall be used after properly ceaning.

M&L for Walling of random rubble stone masonery, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

All as per Srl No 25 here n before but except stone. complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note : Old stone serviceable obtained against dismantling shall be used.

M&L for Flush pointing to random rubble stone masonry uncoursed or brought upto course or masonry or concrete block walling in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type C-1 ( Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in coping, Gola etc including necessary formwork as required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type C-1 ( Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in surface channel or drain including necessary form work etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M & L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slabs for man holes with plain faces finished fair and smooth etc, set in CM 1 : 6 complete all as specified

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for RCC Designl Mix 20mm gradded aggregate (1:2:4) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dismantling/ demolition of wrought iron/ mild steel / steel works of any description and in any position , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing painting on steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth, on new surface over a coat of red oxide zin primer and two coat of synthetic enameled paint over it complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S & F for WC (Squatt pattern ) including cement concrete bedding , size 580 x 440mm including PVC 'P or s trap front and back inlet and with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern ) including flush pipe and connector pices of PVC and removed old CI Pipe including demolition of PCC upto 450mm depthcomplete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair Wash down water closet (Pedestal pattern), complete with Pedestal pan and trap, including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc.including PVC Seat and cover for pedestal pan .complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F PVC low level flushing cistern of capacity 10 ltr. white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including breckets, flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32mm dia and connection to pipes complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair for Vitreous China Urinal, half stall type, white (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe) but including waste coupling, Urinal spreader with PVC connections and waste pipe, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F 75 mm bore PVC(SWR) floor trap with stainless steel grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement with solvent cement, including taking down old PVC or CI floor trap of any type complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for non skid coloured glazed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thk for laying floor finishes in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Coloured glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 mm x 450 mm x 7to 8mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls as in dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and fair to recive tiles as in skirting/dado etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement Concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (n exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonary uncoursed or brought upto courses in cm 1:4 including raking out of joints in repair work complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.
