Construction of 11 Kv Lines for giving supply to Mahakumbh Mela area from 33/11 kv Sub Stations Installed at East of Ganga River (New Jhunsi, Awas Vikas, Ustapur and Heta Patti) under Mahakumbh Mela 2024-25

Cartage of 11 Mtr long STP from Store to dump store/work Site Including loading and unloading

Cartage of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XPLE cable from Store to dump store/work Site Including loading and unloading.

Cartage of 11 KV Pannel with VCB, O/G from Store to dump store/work Site Including loading and unloading

Erection of 11 mtr double pole support with fixing of necessary clamps, Cross Bracing angle, danger board ,number plate , barbed wire and other accessories like channel, insulator etc..(as per RESSPO) All material provided by contractor Except 11 M Long St pole.

Fixing & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fastening the stay wire with pole and stay rod nozzling (All require materials {Stay rod 16X1800mm, Stay wire 5 KG„ Stay clamp, Loop Insulator Bolt & nut )will be arranged by the Contractor}

Grouting of ST Pole, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly .(as per RESSPO) All material provided by contractor.

Earthing of support (11 m pole) complete with the help of M.S. rod 20 mm dia and 2.54 mtr. long, fastening of G.I. wire with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod. As per RESSPO and Electrical safety rules.(All Material Provided by Contractor)

Painting of ST Pole and Channel & Clamps ( double coat red oxide and double coat Alluminium paints. Painting materials provided by Contractor.)

Laying of cable by machine drill method with the help of HDPE in all horizontally under the road, minimum1050 mm bellow from the surface for laying of HDPE Pipe and laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable in 6'' dia HDPE Pipe including cartage. (HDPE pipe will be provided by contractor except 11 KV XLPE cable)

Drilling in all horizontally to cross the road, 900 mm bellow from the surface for laying of HDPE Pipe and laying of 11 KV.3x185 sq mm XLPE cable in 6'' dia HDPE Pipe . HDPE pipe and Fixing clamp will be provided by Contractor.

Hoisting of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable providing GI pipe of size 4” dia 3 M long on double pole including its jumpering, complete with Channel ,clamps, nut & bolts. (All materials will be provided by contractor except 11 KV,3X185 sq mm cable)

Earthing of 11 KV indoor equipments, switchgears as per RESPO Drawing. with G.I. Strip of Size 50x6 mm, provided by the Contractor.

Installation of 12VOLT BATTERY in the switch gear room, by grouting base channel 100 x 50 x 6 x 1000mm. Fixing of rag bolt. (battery provided by Contractor)

Fixing of termination of 11 KV cable boxes Boxes will be of Heat Shrink indoor type and outdoor type and STR will be arranged by the contractor

Installation of Sign board at site after completion of work Sign board size 3x4 feet with stand writing material. ( All required material with grouting will be provided by the contractor). Sign board will be provided by contractor as per sample provided by department.

photo and Videography of before and after of the work will be provided by the contractor in soft & hard coloured copy (size 8x10" album) and soft copy of video in minimum 1080 p quality in pen drive in 3 set .

Installation of 11 KV O/G VCB in the switchgear room, by grouting base channel 100 x 50 x 6 x 1000mm. Fixing of 11 KV switchgears rag bolt, with complete wiring(All materials will be provided by contractor except 11 KV, VCB )
