Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including all carriages complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriages complete.

supplying and laying of Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.i/c carriage

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of formwork for.Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of the joints except at sharp curve shall not to be more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-incharge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying of cobble stone of approx size 125mmx125mmx75mm (thick) laid on 25mm average thick cement mortar (1:3)(cement:sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone, laid in approved pattern complete in all respects including PCC work required as per directions of EIC

Wall lining butch work upto 10 m height with Dholpur stone 40mm thick rough facing on the exposed surface with stone strips of minimum length 300mm and required width including embedding every tenth layer and bottom most layer in masonry or concrete after making necessary chases of size 75 x 75mm and by providing layer of 75 thick strips including 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including ruled pointing in cement mortar 1: 2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of the stone and curing complete as per the directions of engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
