Fabrication, painting, and Transportation at Mechanical Workshop/Transport Yard Bhagwati Nagar of R.C Bins of 1 m3 capacity to be installed at various locations for Amarnath Yatra within limits of JMC. The job includes fabrication of M.S top angle iron 50x50x6 mm and bottom M.S angle iron 50x50x6 mm. Base plate 4mm thick and 48’’x30’’ size. Side plate of size (42’’x36’’30’’) & 2 mm (t) and (60’’x36’’x48’’) & 2 mm (t) and rod 25 mm dia. The Job involves fabrication/ finishing of the R.C Bins and further providing of 2 coats of red-oxide (Iron primer) and 2 coats of blue enamel paints. Complete job includes cost of materials, fabrication cost, painting cost, transportation & labour charges. The Job is inclusive of GST and other types applicable taxes. (As per Annexure F & G)

The Job includes; fabrication through Mild Steel Channels of size 75 x 40 mm and Angle iron of sheet 40x40x5 mm. The bottom of the Garbage container should be made out of HR sheets having 5 mm thickness. The side sheets should be made out of HR sheets having thickness 4 mm. The size & capacity of the Garbage container is large and hence container should be equipped with 4 windows, 2 on each side and fabricated out of CR sheets of thickness 2 mm. The top cover of the Garbage container should be fabricated out of HR sheet having 3 mm thickness. The job involves fabrication/ finishing of the Garbage Container and further providing of 2 coats of red-oxide (Iron primer) and 2 coats of blue enamel paints. complete job includes cost of materials fabrication cost, painting cost, transportation & labour charges.
