M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforcement cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in chajjas, cooking platform and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate included for necessary form work

M&L for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, spilt, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC Columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement, wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement/ steel wire mesh for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing cement concret (1:1.5:3) and coarse sand mortor in CM 1:3 mix , using polymer (10 to 15)% as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make : Dr. Fixit/Sunanda/chemestik/Fosrok Note :- (i) New reinforcement and MS Sections/ steel bars will be measured and paid separately. (ii) The rate included for welded mesh, scafolding and necessary form work up to triple story height.

M&L for roughening old surface of concrete roof/floors etc by picking, sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust/dirt and brushing neat cement @ 3.0 kg per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Brick work with old size sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Brick work with old size sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and any description including cutting of reinforcement bars to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
