Brick work with common burnt clay non modular bricks of class 150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

P / L 12mm thick cement plaster in single coat in interior plastering finished even & smooth 1 cement : 4 coarse sand including all L/M, T&P etc.

P / L 15 mm Thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side for exterior plastering finished even & smooth 1 cement : 4 coarse sand including all L/M, T&P etc.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, up to 25 Meter above ground level including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirment of side made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube. placed 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S.tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the execution of work of cleaning and/ pointing and/ applying chemical and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, exculding panelling which will be paid for separetely, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Butt hinges and neceassary screws shall be paid separately) Second class teak wood 35 mm thick shutters

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

s/o Hand rail and Balustrade modular system passive ss-304 grade decorative railing system comprising of hand rail 50 mm and 1.5 mm thick and 3 No. horizontal steel pipe of 19 mm dia and 1.5 mm thick of equal spacing with balustrade of SS Pipe of 38 mm and 1.5 mm thick @ 1200 , C/C of passivated SS 304 grade and fix duly on the floor with specially design rivet expansion bolt and finish the surface food and covering with steel shoe, with all visible stainless steel metal of 304 grade in satin finsh height of railing is 900 mm as per detailed specification.

Electrical works Supply & laying of aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheated cables 1100 Volt grage at a depth of 750 mm . Below ground and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On rface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respected. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.50sqm. 3.5 core cable.

Supply erection and testing with fixing of Ceiling Fans with fan motor of A.C. Permanet insulation, Capacitor rating conforming BEE 5 Star rating and IS: 374/79 and also comly with IS: 1709/1984 with latest amendment. The rate voltage 220/240 volts, 50Hz, 1-ph AC the fan assemble should consists of down rod blades, shackle canopies etc and with double ball bearing system.
