Disconecting pipe line connections, taking down carefully the old rusted and leakage pressed steel plates to the ground for replacement work of size 1.25m x1.25m x 5mm/1.25m x 3.75m x 5mm (Approx 120 No) including jointing materials i e lead, wire/wool, putty/compound etc from 10000 gallons capacity PS over head water tank installed on 40 to 50 foots height staging complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning pressed moulded thermosetting GRP water tank (IS-14399) of size 8mx7mx3m (168000 litre capacity) including manhole panels on the roof with proper locking arrangement fixed at any position installed on 40 to 50 foot height staging with the required number of holes on the plates and other all required jointing materials i.e. lead wire/wool, putty/compound, nut, bolt, and washers etc to make the jointing portion absolutely leak proof complete all as specified and directed. Note for item 1 & 2:- Work shall be carried out at height hence safety devices should be provided by the contractor and rate for the same shall be deemed to be quoted by contractor for this provision in these items.

M&L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Material and labour for mild steel bracing/ channel/ angle iron support fabricated from structural steel sections including MS Nuts, bolts and washers with necessary welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size for overhead tank on height of 40' to 50' including two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer complete including taking down old all as specified and directed.
