Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth, for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of n.exc. 25 cm thick after complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

Removing excavated material exc 250m but n exc. 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type B-2, (1:2:4) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete in pillars and posts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes for notching of wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel bolts, screwed one end,with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end exc 5 cm and n. exc 10cm long and Diameter of neck in 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc comlete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing 4 mm dia , size 100 mm x 100 mm mesh complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and above, cut to length bent to required shape incl cranking, bending and binding with Mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth , not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & and as directed

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footing, foundation beams, plinth beam, bases for columns etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in colomn, pillar, post etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 5 mm dia and over up to and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (stay) heavy for large gates, hook and pintle hinges large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whitening on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced punched concertina coil of 600mm dia (chrome razer or blade wire) with barbed tape of 0.50 mm thick galvanised steel steel sheet or core wire of dia 2.5mm of high tensile steel wire including galvanised mild steel staple/clips for tying at crossing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 with using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 20 M high mast lighting system with its accessories With 3 point Suspention system with modern engineering practices. Mast shaft shall be in two sections with steel material confirming to BSEN 10025 grade S355 , hot dip galvanised confirming to BSEN ISO 1461 and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 and not less than 180Km/Hr. It shall also include accessories for 'high mast including head frame, steel wire rope 6 mm dia (7/19 construction), trailing cable, double drum winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 24 Nos LED luminaires of 250 watts 'symmetrically & its control gear boxes and lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation. LED floodlight luminaires including all accessories and silicon filled potted driver, IP - 66 protection, Model-GLEAM F 275L WH SY PC V2 Bajaj Driver must have BIS registered to be provided. One no. LED aviation obstruction lights upto 10Watt, 240V with comprising of aluminium housing with red polycarbonate dome for better illumination, IP 66 protection to be provided. Necessary foundation PCC /RCC and earth work for removal and returening, refilling of soild etc with the following specification within the quoted rate and after obtaining neccesary approval from Engr-in-Charge :-

(a) Foundation bolts 16 Nos M30X 850 as per TS 600 (6.8 grade) manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates to be provided. Design, casting of suitable R.C.C foundation with M-20 grade concrete considering SBC of soil as 10 T / Sq. Mtr. (after cuuting of concret & bitumius road) to be carried out as directed by Enginner-in-Charge. (b) Supply, installation & commissioning of the feeder pillar / inbuilt control panel with housing 63A TPN MCB incomer, strandard timer, 25 A contactor circuit for the automatic control of luminaries, outgoing terminals and control circuit for the power tool motor control with 2 no 9A contractors and raise lower push button, with provision of elecftric power cables incoming 35 sqmm and outgoing 16 & 25 Sqmm terminals from panel to luminaires and its internal connection complete. (c) Earting with 50mm dia GI pipe 3.64mm thick x 3.04 mtr long and 1x4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 mtr long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers including supply and filling 15 mm dia tection (1 mtr long) to be field bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mtr below the ground level and restoring surface duly rammed as below for morrum soil by ISI Medium GI Pipe

(d) Erection of Mast by using of lifting equipment like hydra etc and fixing of foundation bolts, anchor plate etc with necessary arrangement (e) Testing and commissioning of all electrical equipment of mast like, Feeder pilar, led fixtures, head frame, monkey ladder etc with necessary connection. Make for high mast and luminaires:- Bajaj or equivalent in Phillips/Havells as approved.

Supply, fixing and laying in trenches after removing old cable and fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty LT UG cable, 25 Sqmm, 4 Core with XLPE insulated stranded Aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape, Armoured with galvanised steel wire and overall sheathed including cable gland, lugs, jointing material etc, jointing, connecting, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed. (Make:- KEI/MESCAB/Havells/Gloster/ Polycab as of approved make).

Material and labour for clean dry sand in trenches/ducts for cushioning to cable complete all as specified. Note:-(Punned thickness shall be measured)

Supplying and laying Bricks; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
