Repair to monoblock HC Pumpsets along with allied electromechanical works at Central Pump House and connected water bodies ,Bagh-e-Bahu

(A) Repair to 7.5HP mono block HC Pump sets =2nos and 5HP mono block pump set=01no at Central pump house,Bagh-e-Bahu. The job includes removing of Pump set from its base frame after disconnecting Suction and delivery lines .Loading of dismantled Pump and motor to mechanical transport/load carrier and shifting to workshop for repair .The Job involves repair to Pump shaft by straightening ,metal filling, machining ,threading ,polishing, etc .Fabrication and fitting of 02 Nos. Gland bushes,02 Nos Neck Rings and replacement of old damaged impellers with new one as per sample ,replacement of worn out nuts and bolts . The job also includes repair to the 7.5HP motors=2nos,5HP motor=01no by way of extraction of rotor from the stator, repairs to the rotor shaft by re-metalling, turning and finishing to bearing size. Repair to motor side covers by way of fabrication / fitting of CI sleeves and finishing them to bearing size by providing and fitting of bearings 02 nos. for both the ends of actual specification and greasing them, then assembling the pump and motor and shifting it back to site, installing it at its position, making proper alignment with baseplate ,testing the units on full load at site. Complete job includes cost of material, all handling &labour charges and taxes etc. Complete job. (B)At central pump house water body: Providing and fitting of new strainers 6” dia=1no,4”dia=1no,3”dia=3nos in place old rusted/damaged ones.Job also includes repair to damaged 6ʺ dia sluice valve=1no,4”dia s/valve=1no,3”dia s/valve=3nos by way of dimantling all the sluice valves replacing all the non working /damaged parts viz.nut bolts,operating rods with threading work,gaskets,flanges with all welding and finishing work,etc. Fabrication , providing ,fitting/fixing of 40x40x6mm MS angle frame along with allied material in consultancy with site engineer (as per site requirement),the MS angle frame should be internally welded with meshed wire thickness not less than 4mm and opening not more than 25x25mm with all double coat painting work. complete job includes cost of strainers ,MS angle ,Mesh, Valves repair ,welding electrodes, paint/enamel, Labour charges ,etc including all taxes. complete job.
