SITC of 11kv, 630A 21 KA for 3 outdoor Motorised,4 way consisting of 2 nos VCB 630A and 2 nos load break switch with built in line side manual earth switch. Earthing should be completed within 2 operations only. (i.e. main switch - OFF, earth switch -ON) LBS shall have 3 positions, open or disconnected, closed and earthed, and will be constructed in such a way that interlocking prevents unauthorized operations for earth switch manual opening and closing will be driven by a fast acting / snap action mechanism, independent of operator action, LBS and earth switch shall have a minimum 1000 (M1) mechanical operations and 5 nos. closing operations at rated short circuit current. LBS should have 100 electrical operations at rated current. VCB shall have spring assisting mechanism and series trip coil; with built in manual line side three position disconnector cum earth switch. Earthing should be completed within 2 operations only (i.e 1. Main switch - OFF, 2. Earth switch - ON). Vaccuum interrupter should be of same make as that of RMU. The circuit breakers shall have 2 positions: open or disconnected and closed. A separate and independent 3 position earthing switch and disconnector shall be fitted to open and earth the cables in such way that interlocks prevent all unauthorized operations. An independent mechanism shall be fitted for the 3 positions earthing switch and disconnector. Circit breaker shall have a min of 2000 mechanical and 2000 electrical operations at rated current and 50 nos of operations at rated short circuit current. Disconnector and earthswitch shall have a min of 1000 (M1) mechanical operations. The earthing switch shall be fitted with its own operating mechanism and manual closing shall be driven by a fast-acting mechanism, independent of operator action. Breaker shall have breaking capacity of 21 kArms fault current. Earth Switch shall have making capacity of 52.5 kAp independent of breaker. MAKE - SCHNEIDER, SIEMENS, ABB.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning compact substation with 3 phase, 11/0.433 kV, 50 Hz., 1600 kVA, Mineral oil immersed Copper wound, without gas cushioning, hermetically Sealed transformer having indoor type transformer bushings, with HT side (incoming side) Circuit Breaker of appropriate rating & capacity and LT side (outgoing side) with MCCB Panel of appropriate capacity as per specification, with necessary permissions of Electrical Inspector mounted on Trolley which shall have 4 wheels (Double Axle) with leaf Spring Suspension. The M.S. trolley shall be design such that it shall easily carry the load of CSS. The trolley shall have parking brakes and 2 nos. of screw jack assembly. The Mobile unit Set will bolted on frame of trolley. Turntable arrangement compliant to all norms of Regional Transport Authority shall be provided for easy manoeuvrability. The LT Panels shall be confirming to IEC 61439 & IEC 61641,with Bus Duct/Cable Entry from top/bottom .The Panel Construction shall be Single Front, Rear Access, Fully compartmentalised Form 4B fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA Sheets with Aluminium Bus Bar. - IP 2x protection shall be provided with Door open only with metallic partitions. - The offered Panel shall be Green Premium Certified. - The internal arc of the panel as per IEC 61641 shall be tested for 0.4 sec. - The panel shall be tested for Impulse Voltage of 12 kV. - Total Disrimination study shall be submitted alongwith the offer.
