Scraping of grass/wild growth etc by manually on the shoulders of main Runway/taxi track including all around the runway light, etc, including removing of rubbish from the site to a distance exc, 250m but n. exc 500m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed Note: (i) cutting/scraping of grass/wild growth, etc, growth around the runway light (where ever require) shall be carried once in a month or as directed by engineer in charge and each cutting/scraping shall be measured and paid for separately

Scraping of grass/wild growth etc by using grass cutting machine around the runway light, etc, including removing of rubbish from the site to a distance exc, 250m but n. exc 500m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed and as directed and as per user requirement.

Cleaning of monsoon drains 1.50m in depth (average) as ordered including taking out accumulated silts, sand, muds, etc. from bottom of drains, removal of all types of organic materials, silts, sand, muds, grass etc. from bottom and sides of the drains etc. to a distance of exc. 250m but not exc 500m, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Ploughing and Loosening of sand layer by using Mechanical Tractor including raising (or lowering) to required size and shape for the area approx 4182.00 Sqm (Size 91.5m x 22.85m x 2 Nos) complete all as specified directed. Note :- (i) Ploughing and Loosening shall be carried out at the minimum interval of 15 days or as directed. (ii) One job inclusive of minimum 5 to 6 hrs ploughing with mechanical tractor.

M & L for Cutting grass mechanically operated or slasher where ever required including removing material obtained from cutting/cleaning both side of shoulders and thrown upto 5kms away from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charges Note: (i) Contractor will arrange his own mechanical slasher (set of 02 tractor & 02 jungle jim) with POL and MT driver. (ii) Work will be carried out on non flying day / non flying hours only as per direction of Engr-in-Charge) No claim will be entertained due to any loss of working hours. (iii) The machine shall be run for a minimum 08 hours in a day and log register to be maintained in consultation with JE/Engr-in charge. Copy of the same duly signed by user and enginner in charge shall be submitted along with RAR/FB

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by means mechnical process / Machine or as directed by manfucaturer through authorised applicator of manufacturer,s and applying two coat of100 % Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (Three colours) (Berger,Weather coat Advanced XP Brand/Asain Paints :Apex ultima Brand /ICI:Dulux Weather shield Max Brand/J&N:Safeguard Optima Brand painting over and including a coat of primer to old plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls including preparation of surfaces, up to 18 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed Note (Work shall be exectuted through authorised applicator and shall be get approved by GE before commencement of work)

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls and applying two coats acrylic distemper on old walls, over and including a coat of 1 mm thick white wall care putty over and including a coat of primer old plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls complete all as specified and as directed.Make;Berger (Bison)/J&N(Jensolin)/Asain Piants(Tractor)/Nerolac(Beauty)

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered or unplasterd surfaces of wall including cornices, pilasters and other wall features etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing and sand paper, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and removing extra wall papdi ,peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with putty as per existing thickness and applying two coat of white washing on the ceiling all as specified and directed

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:3 on fair faces brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 10mm thick rendering in cement mortor 1:6 on fair faces of brick work and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement as specified.

Dismanting of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings including translucent sheet complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking down Chowkats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and Fix, factory made rigid lam PVC door frame of size 100 mm x 50 mm, single rebated with wall thickness of extruded 5mm PVC sheet of density 600 kgs/cum , made by joining 3 Nos. heat bent PVC sheet sections. The inside section of size 90mm x 30 mm shall be made from colour PVC sheet of 5 mm thickness.The inside section shall be covered by sticking two sections of size 35mm and 6 x 45 mm made from 5mm thick plain sheet. The frame shall be mitred cut at two corners and jointed by inserting 4 Nos. 150 mm long brackets of 15mm x15 mm MS square tube. The two vertical members of door frame shall be reinforced with 40mm x 20 mm MS tubes of 19 SWG duly filled with 2nd class hardwood throughout the frame. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 100 mm long nikel coated dry wheet screws through the frame by using PVC fastener. Minimum 04 Nos. of screws shall be provided for each vertical member and minimum 02 Nos.for horizontal members etc. as per manufacturers specifications, fixed in opening, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing and fixing of false ceiling with powder coated exposed GI grid suspension system (E-grid T-2420 or equivalent of Armstrong having load carrying capacity of 12.5 Kg/M3 with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200 mm c/c) consisting of Main Runner 3600 mm long, Cross Tee 1200/600 mm long and Wall Angle. Additional cross tees of 600 mm shall be placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee 1200 mm long to finally form a grid of 600 mm x 600 mm with and including 4 mm thick HSPC (High pressure steam cured) oceanic pre primed, self embossed, textured designer board, water, termite & fire resistant for insulation and acoustic purpose to be placed in the grid system duly suspended with 4 mm dia GI bar hangers fixed with steel dash through fasteners from purlins with butterfly clips (wt 0.007 kg/clip), hold down clips (wt-0.0035 Kg/clip), with provn of light fixture complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed. M&L for spreading semi hydraulic lime powder @ 0.5 kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Spreading of semi hydraulic lime powder will be carried out in morning before commencement of firing and in evening after completion of firing as directed by Engr-n-Charge.

Repair/ reinstallaing of the existing damaged pin made up of earth of PBT/LBT to the required height of 3.60 mtr for PBT and 5.50 mtr for LBT to form a cone including making good the disturbed surface all complete and as specified. Note:- i)Required earth for making cone shall be brought from excess earth of target area or 0.5 Km to 1.5 km form the target area complete all as specified and as directed. ii) Excavation of earth shall be included in quoted rate.

Taking down aluminium chowkats of frames with shutter exceeding 1.50 sqm and not exceeding 4 sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frame) of any description any type complete all as specified and as directed.
