4 Authorized signatory: Note: - 1. If the bidder is a firm in partnership/ LLP, the bid shall be signed by all the partners of the firm above their full type written names and current address, or, alternatively, by a partner holding power of attorney for the firm. In both cases a certified copy of the partnership deed and current address of all the partners of the firm should accompany the bid. 2. 5 Construction Experience: Similar Nature Work Bidder, during the last seven (07) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which NIT is invited i.e. 31 JANAURY 2026, must have successfully completed or substantially completed: - at least ONE similar nature of work of value not less than Rs 125.39 Lakh (80% of the ECPT) OR at least TWO similar nature of work of value not less than Rs. 78.37 Lakh (50% of the ECPT) OR at least Three similar nature of work of value not less than Rs. 62.70 Lakh (40% of the ECPT) Note: - Similar nature work means; “Construction of Cement Concrete Pavement / bituminous Road / Paver block pavement Road/ highways/ circulating area/ Goodshed /yard.” Refer Clause B (3) below for detailed information on supporting documents to be submitted. Use EXHIBIT-V or VI or VII of Appendix-III as Applicable/Required.
6 Financial capabilities: - Average Annual Financial Turnover Average Annual Financial Turnover of the bidders during the last three financial years ending 31st March of the previous financial year i.e. 2024-25, (2024-25,2023-24,2022-23) should be at least Rs 117.55 Lakh (75 % of ECPT) Refer B (4) below for detailed information on supporting documents to be submitted
7 General Construction Experience: Annual Turnover The bidder should have achieved minimum annual turnover from Construction works of Rs 313.48 Lakh as specified in NIT in any of the last 05 financial years ending 31st March of previous financial year i.e. (FY 2024-25 or FY 2023-24 or FY 2022-23 or FY 2021-22 or FY 2020-21). Refer Clause B (5) below for detailed information on supporting documents to be submitted. Use EXHIBIT- VIII of Appendix-III
8 Financial capabilities: - Availability of Liquid Assets and Sources of Finance to meet the construction cash flow requirements. The bidder: - a) Should not have incurred any loss (profit after tax should be positive) in more than two years during the last five years ending 31st March of previous FY i.e. (FY 2024-25 or FY 2023-24 or FY 2022-23 or FY 2021-22 or FY 2020-21). AND b) Should have Net worth of minimum Rs 15.67 Lakh {10% amount of ECPT} which should be certified from CA with UDIN. OR Should have a Banker’s certificate of Solvency from a commercial bank for Rs. 62.70 lakh {40% of ECPT} For criteria (a)*, Scanned copy of CA certificate where profit after tax during last 05 FYs ending 31st March of Previous FY i.e. 2024-25 is clearly mentioned. UDIN number of CA should be mentioned on certificate. (Use EXHIBIT- VIII of Appendix-III) And For criteria (b)*, Certificate from CA with UDIN certifying the net worth of the bidder in the FY ending 31st March of Previous FY i.e. 2024-25.
