Taking down old existing water proofing treament from the top of RCC/arch slab, including demolition of existing PCC padding, plaster, brick bat coba (upto the thicknes of 15cm) and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises. Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L cement concrete type B1-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in roof padding, roof/chajjas kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, haunching etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound. Note- WPC shall be paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Supplying and laying composite 1.2 mm thick, HOME SHIELD TPO RF BG (S) Membrane is a high performance, heat wieldable, single side fleece backed thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) sheet, manufactured and supplied in thickness of 1.2mm with overlap joint of 75 mm designed for waterproofing and heat shielding roofs of new and existing buildings. The TPO sealed properly with hot air welding machine & terminate TPO at the top of parapet wall with termination stip and fix it by screw at 300 mm C/C and sealed with HS joint seal PU on top including surface preparation like remove all those gravels, dirt, oil and other foreign particles by jet or dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application. The membrane is designed for adhesion to screed, PCC, RCC, cementitious and other adhesives for easy application over flat roofs. HS TPO membranes are designed with high solar reflective index, thermal emittance, and solar reflectance, enabling the membrane to provide insulation with high surface albedo. Elongation at Break 60 Min 80 Typical as per ASTM D 751 Tearing Strength 25 Min 30 Typical as per ASTM D 751. Puncture Resistance 57 as per ASTM D751 Solar Reflectance Index 100 Weather Resistance > 21,600 as per ASTM G155. Termination of Membrane: The membrane needs to be terminated at the top of the parapet wall using aluminium strip, non-corrosive screw for anchoring with hybrid PU sealant. Expansion Joint Treatment: HS Joint Seal PU Sealant GG is single component Polyurethane elastomeric sealant. HS Joint Seal PU Sealant GG resists crack arising out of movements of joint materials. It conforms to EN 14187-S 2003, BS 5212, ASTM C-920, ISO-11600. Use polyethylene closed cell foam rod or sheet or equivalent in expansion, construction & control joints as back up material to avoid 3-face adhesion and to avoid contact between joint forming board & sealant Apply HS Joint seal PU Sealant GG from the gun slowly to avoid any air entrapment. Smooth out with soapy water by pressing the mastic against the edges and the joint while taking care not to create air bubbles. Remove protection strip. For old concrete joints where repair of joints are required, HS Elastoprime is to be used as priming material before sealant application. Elongation at break, % as per ASTM > 400. Protection Application: Thereafter, providing & Installing aluminium sheet flashing protection layer 20 gauge & 250mm wide sheet fixed on one side of the joint & free to move the other side of the joint. (For Width of up to 75 mm).”

Supply and Application of 3 Layer SHR Waterproofing Coating System as per manufacturer application procedure on leaking concrete roof surface by thorough surface preparation with high pressure water jet min. 125 bars, opening the cracks, followed by one absorption coat of nano-tech enhanced elastomeric waterproofing (NEEWP) emulsion having UV resistance and min. 50% solids, filling and sealing the cracks, then top-coating with 2 Coats of SHR Coating - pure acrylic based, UV resistant, non-yellowing, bio-organism resistant (anti-fungal, anti-bacterial) conforming to BIS STD IS 17218:2019 with Pull off Adhesion 2.8 Mpa, passes 2500 hrs accelerated durability test and other tests as specified, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matt, surface coverage 3.25 SQM/Ltr/2 Coats, DFT 120 +/- 20 microns using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable.

S&F 1500 litres rotational mouded polyethylene three layer water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I incl 20 mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed and incl dismantling of water capacity 1500 litres and Complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 25 mm dia GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors and incl taking up or down 25mm bore of pipe steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store and . Complete all as specified and directed.
