M&L for Excavating over area n. exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using power roller of capacity exc 8 tonne & n. exc. 12 tonne to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Screening road metal, chippiing, etc. on the site of the work, when specially ordered, including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. ( materials from both sides of screen measured)

M & L for Soling (or sub base), 150 mm spread thickness, with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled ,surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber 'except material' complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Water Bound Macadam 'except material' of limestone, sand stone, Flint or quartzite, 150mm compacted thickness (in two layers 75 mm each) , with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and required camber complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Water Bound Macadam of limestone, sand stone, Flint or quartzite, 150mm compacted thickness (in two layers 75 mm each) , with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and required camber complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L fot Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 10kg per 10 sq metre using paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for premix bituminous macadam,using paving biyumen of any penetration, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete carpet of consolidated thickness 40mm using viscosity grade bitumen VG-30 grade with 0.34 cum stone chipping mixed with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and laid with mechenical paver finish, rolled and compacted with paver roller exc 6 tonne and n exc 12 tonne capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified adn directed by Engineer in Charge Notes:- (I) Contractor shall submit the authenticated weigh batch receipt as per load material in site duly marked vehicle number. (II) The binder content specified is minimum, in case of quantity of binder as per job mix formula works out to be more the 5.5 % of weight of total mix extra quantity shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost of the Govt.

M&L for perparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc. 10 cm wide on road pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed

S&F Direction CAT's eyes of size 100x 90x19.80mm, two sides acrylic plastic reflector of make conforming to ASTM standards and fixed with epoxy/nail complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar panel stud of size 200x100x100mm (245 gms weight) , two sides LED light of make conforming to ASTM standards and fixed with epoxy/nail complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, berms and filling in roads, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc. n.exc. 1.5 m high from base in solids complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
