Taking down carefully the existing aluminium point wiring of any size and capacity and type by disconnecting from the either terminals complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets,ceiling rose, regulators and light fittings any type etc by unscrewing and taken away from site complete. Note :cost of unserviceable materials will be charged from the contractor against schedule of credit.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal Area)PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volts grade, with non metalic rigid PVC conduit with accessories such as junction boxes, bends, tees etc. of suitable size including sunk cast iron or pressed steel terminal box for mounting switches, sockets fan regulators etc and 3 mm thick laminated sheet top cover including continuous earth wire PVC insulated 1.5 Sq mm copper stranded conductor, 1100 Volts grade connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified for the following :-

For one light point controlled by one switch

For one buzzer point controlled by one switch

For one fan point controlled by one switch through regulator

For one light point controlled by two 2 -way switches.

For one three pin socket out let 5 amps on independent board complete.

For one three pin socket out let 5 amps on same board complete.

All as per item No 2 here in before but with cable 4.0 sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper wire unsheathed for one 3 pin socket out let 15 amps on independent board including continuous earth wire PVC insulated 4 sqmm copper stranded conductor, connecting to common earth and earth dolly complete.

M & L for sub main wiring with four single core PVC insulated unsheathed , 1100 Volts grade, copper cable 4x10 sqmm stranded conductor and drawing through and including rigid PVC non metalic surface conduit of suitable size with conduit accessories such as junction boxes, bends, tees etc. including continus earth wire PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade, 2 run of cable 10 sqmm copper conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete as directed including taking down old submain wiring Note :-One run of PVC conduit and six runs of cable shall be measured and paid as one unit.

M& L Grouting of Bolt for Geyser

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion Note : Earth strip/GI wire beyond 7.5 mtr will be measrued and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any make/model and sweep for ovehauling, servicing, cleaning and lubricating movable parts with suitable lubricating oil/grease and painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour (spray painted) after preparing the surface throughly and refixing at site at same/different location and connection complete from ceiling rose with new flexible copper cable of suitable size, testing commissioning after completion of the work.Note : The accessories such as bearing and capacitor will be measured as supply only.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any make/model/sweep including removal of existing burnt winding carefully from slots, cleaning the slots throughly with suitable cleaning agent, applying slot insulation and rewinding with suer enamelled copper conductor of same gauge/same number of turns as that of existing and connecting the coil suitable to operate on 230 V, single phase, AC supply, permanent capacitor type, tapping the winding and applying air drying the winding throughly and all as specified and directed.
