Day to day feeding drinking water from Sector D water filter plant to Sector C Colony with contractual workmen including required tools & Plants complete as per instruction of Engineer In-Charge (3 no man power per day)

Carpentry Works:- Assistance required for repairing of old damaged panel door, window, flush door, Shutters and fitting like aldrop, hinges, tower bolt, sliding door bolt etc. at different places of under Raj OC Sub Area including necessary tools & plant and nails & screw, Hinges and Other fittings etc. as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. (Total 01 Nos. Unskilled & 01 Nos. Semiskilled Manpower per day)

Plumbing Works:- Assistance required for repairing of old damaged panel door, window, flush door, Shutters and fitting like aldrop, hinges, tower bolt, sliding door bolt etc. at different places of under Raj OC Sub Area including necessary tools & plant and nails & screw, Hinges and Other fittings etc. as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. (Total 01 Nos. Unskilled & 01 Nos. Semiskilled Manpower per day)

Welding Works :- Assistance required for repairing of old damaged panel door, window, flush door, Shutters and fitting like aldrop, hinges, tower bolt, sliding door bolt etc at different places of Rajnagar OC Sub Area including necessary tools & plant and nails & screw , Hinges and Other fittings etc. as per instruction of Engineer in-charge. Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, ISI : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Contractual assistance for day to day cleaning and upkeeping of Sub Area Manager's Qtrs. & Dola Filter Plant & Sector 'C' Pump House as per instruction of Engineer In-Charge. (3 Nos. Unskilled Manpower per day)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Labour Rate for Cleaning of tank (Over head tank/ Syntax) including scraping of wall, cleaning of floor, mud etc. draining out the water/ mud/ sludge etc. including applying lime and bleaching power on the cleared surface including All safety measure/ precaution to be responsibility of Contractor - as per instruction of Eng. in-charge.

Removal/ uprooting of unwanted vegetation/ plants from the surface of building & disposal of same 50 mtr. lead including finishing surface, making good condition as per Instruction of Engineer In-Charge.
