( The rate includes for fillling of crackes in existing roof with cement putty using suitable bonding agent (Shalocrate-42) before laying cement plaster all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Providing and laying of water proffing treatment on roof with APP modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, super thermolay of STP ltd with non woven polyester mat reinforcement of 160gsm, weight of membrane @3.6 Kg/Sqm over a solvent based bitumen primer, ShalitexPrimer @0.30 Ltr/Sqm by same manufacturer conforming to IS: 3384-1986. The membrane shall be laid uing butane torch. The end lap should be 100mm and the side lap must be minimum 75mm. The membrane shall be first laid up to the parapet wall junction and then shall be overlaped with another memberane (flashing) with an overlap covering upto a distance of 300mm. In case parapet height is less than upto 500mm, membrane shall be terminated at the top of parapet. All rain water pipes opening shall be suitable sealed with APP membrane. ( The rate uncludes for fillling of crackes in existing roof with cement putty using suitable bonding agent (Shalocrate-42) before laying cement plaster all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick Marble work ( table rubbed and polished) of any type work on cooking platform and like in cement mortor(1:4) including pointing inwhite cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble shade.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices pilasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil & greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash on wall all as specified & as dirrected by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl Item No 1 here-in-before but on ceiling all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall,roof projection/window chajjas and similar surfaces and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint Make : Apex ultima (Manufactrured by Asian paints) complete all as per manufactured and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - Tint/Shade shall be approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on concrete in CM 1:3 in facia or edging of chajjas,ceiling and roof projection etc incl taking out pealed off plaster/concrete and making good to cracked RCC surface in true line /shape by providing RCC 1:2:4 type b1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including all necessary form work to thickness at required at GF and FF finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by eng-in charge.NOTE- the rate will be inclusive of scafolding for single or double storey including making hole in brick work and making good in cement mortar.

Complete removal of existing treatment from internal surfaces of walls by wire brushing and washing, rubbing down and stopping of surfaces and leveling/edging of the disturbed planes/edges by using wall putty 2 to 3 mm thick on vertical surfaces of bricks/concrete walls finish to even and smooth with two layers of screylie wall putty and one coat asian primer incl preparation of corner/edges jambs of openings to true vertical and horizontal lines applying two coat of oil bound destemper on walls all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per above here-in-before but as on ceiling complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old brocken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frame or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, gazed with putty or fixed with beads.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinery quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane including hacking of old one wherever necessary all as specified.
