Constructing Course rubble hammer dressed 'U' shape open surface drain with side wall. 15x22 cm in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) and inside plastering with cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement:3 Sand) including earth work and laying 10 cm cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 Sand : 10 graded stone aggregate) of 40 mm nominal size) and 7.5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Sand : 4 Graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design including loading un-loading and carriage by all means with in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing glass Pans including removing old glass Pans with putty and nails 3 mm thick including loading un-loading and carriage by all means with in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition above G.L up to floor two level including disposal of unserviceable materials with in 20 mtr lead. Repair to plaster in patches in CM 1:4(One cement : 4 sand) including loading un-loading and carriage by all means with in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position Second class Deodar wood including loading un-loading and carriage by all means with in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors and windows and clerestory windows, including black enamel iron but hinges with necessary screws, II Class Deodar wood 40mm thick including loading un-loading and carriage by all means with in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S wire gauge of I.S gauge designation 85 G. With wire of dia 0.56mm for doors windows and clerestory windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws. 40mm thick II class Deodar wood including loading un-loading and carriage by all means with in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall Surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including loading un-loading and carriage by all means with in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting Two coats with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade including loading un-loading and carriage by all means with in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink including loading un-loading and carriage by all means with in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats(excluding coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering & stoping With enamel paint other than white including loading un-loading and carriage by all means with in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Extra over item No. 16040000 and 16041000 for every subsequent coat of paint With enamel paint other than white including loading un-loading and carriage by all means with in all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
