SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or any thickness as in roof covering, wall cladding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar as in wall including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling unframed timber scantling 40Sqcm and over in section in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down roof trusses, coupling rafters of clear span above 4m & upto 8m including taking down trusses etc., for renewal of any defective members (timber renewed to be measured separately) and reassembling, housing and fixing trusses etc after repairs including tightening up wedges, cotters bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beams haunchings, girders, bressumers, lintels over 1.5m clear span, cantilevers, shelves including supports overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams etc. for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood, in scantlings, clean sawn timber un framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2nd Class hard wood plain, fillets square rectangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads sectional area exc 13 & n exc 25 sq cm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 mm thick 2nd class hard wood boarding clean sawn, planed one side with butt joints and fixed with nails in any situation as in eaves board, etc. complete as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skriting dado etc. over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed light coloured/printed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre polished chequered cement concrete tiles, area exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm, 25 mm thick with white cement and pigments of approved make, laid over and including screed bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) , jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) finished the surface even and smooth wiithout using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top layer of 5 mm thick, to fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement (or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only"

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surface of ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on roof surfaces mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement (or as per manufacture's instructions) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only"
