The backshall be 6mm thick plywood commercial quality (ISI marked) fixed to frame with screw and covered with 40mm thick U foam over shape and best quality of tapestry cloth. Seat and back fixed on frame with screw and including all minor repairs with welding to steel frame etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Note : The tapestry cloth of rate ranging between Rs 150/- to Rs 175/- per meter and as per sampleapproved by GE.)

Chair CBA steel with arms FD-75 (M)

Opening up and removal of old seat, back, shoes and arms of chair CBA steel and preparation of old painted steel surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel olive green paint and old painted wooden surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint and refixing new seat/back/arms. New parts wherever required and ordered shall be paid separately under respective items of schedule 'A' here in after as supply only if ordered to be replaced. The cost of steel bolts 3" long 1/8 " dia with nut & washers etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

S&F in replacement new wooden seat of 1st class hard wood teak duly caned in Godrej pattern and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of primer to the seat frame of chair CBA steel.

S&F in replacement new wooden back of 1st class hard wood teak duly caned in Godrej parttern and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of primer to to the back frame of chair CBA steel.

POLISH :- Material and labour for complete removing/scrubbing of entire old polished surfaces of the following items with appropriate sand paper / emary paper etc, including preparation of old wooden surfaces by applying seina/burnt seina uniformally for french polish in order to obtain the required glossy finish and applying two coats of french polish to the following wooden furniture items to the entire satisfaction of Engg-in-Charge and all as directed.
